Kenya: Nokia Stole an Idea from Young Kenyan Innovators

From: Theus

Guys

I have been following the Story of the two Kenyan Pascal and Murimi
who invented the dynamo charger and were even featured in a BBC
article here http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/8166196.stm

In June this year Nokia launched a bicycle charger which is the same
idea wakina Pascal and Murimi showcased in 2008.

Now the students sued Nokia in October this year and Nokia has now
started bribing the student’s lawyer and also the court prosecutors
with intention to scuttle the case.

Is this the justice we have been looking for?

The problem is that Kenya ICT Board and Dr Bitange Ndemo doesnt care
much about that but instead have been receiving free gifts from Nokia
in monetary and handsets form

Is this just?

Nokia must compensate Pascal Katana and Jeremiah Murimi

They claim Africans are stupid idiots! Ideas have stolen from a black man for years because a black man believes in sharing information with those people who not want to see him get up from the ground.

There “patent” laws which protect inventions like the one you are talking about! However, a black man does not have any confidence that he can sell his own idea unless he share white supremacist who wants him stay down on the ground forever!

DO NOT SHARE YOUR TALENTS WITH ANY ONE BEFORE PUTTING YOUR RUBBER STAMP “PATENT ” ON IT. BY PUTTING YOUR PATENT ON IT, YOU ARE TELLING THE PEOPLE WHO STEAL IDEA/INVENTIONS TO STAY AWAY FROM YOUR IDEA/INVENTION!!!
This younster could have generated income from his inventions by directly providing that charging service to Kenyans with cellular phones!

Owicho, much as you might have a point to prove here ,what you have stated against the court officials and Dr.Ndemo would amount to character assassination unless you have evidence to back your claims!
