Kenya: Ocampo names Kenya chaos suspects

from David Mkesha

Folks,

I have heard people saying alot of stuff about the list but I think the following statement is escaping many people’s imagination. Think about it for a while before deciding who should be in or out of the list.

“Since last March, when the judges issued an authorisation, my office has been investigating post electoral violence. We collected new evidence, including testimonies, videos and documents. We are not going to discuss our evidence in the media. We will do it in court”
– Loius Moreno Ocampo.

BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID!!!!!

WAS AMBASSADOR MUTHAURA THE ORGANIZER OF MUNGIKI DEMONSTRATIONS AGAINST MORENO OCAMPO IN NAIROBI STREETS YESTERDAY?

Notwithstanding the fact that the demonstrations were illegal, that is without police permit, they went ahead after converging into the CBD of Nairobi from all corners of the city. The Muthaura police looked the other way as the illegal demonstrations went on despite the fact that same police recently teargassed Hon Eugine Mamalwa’s group who intended to hold a public political rally in Nairobi.

Who gave the orders to police not to act? Whoever he is he must be dreadfully mighty, the class of the head of the civil service, Ambassador Muthaura or minister on internal security.

I wonder if this demonstration was in favour of Francis Muthaura and the PNU leadership, taking into account the fact that Mungiki has rubbed the ICC on the wrong side of justice and human history.

Whatever action Kenyans take at this trying moment in our country we must do so in such a way that might not hurt those among us who have been named to answer charges of genocide and crimes against humanity. Our lack of thought might make the case against the suspects worse.

We should exercise caution in our action or speech not only because of the ICC but because it is prudent to do so.

Let us not act in such a way that we implicate those who are trying to get themselves out of suspicion of the ICC.

I am luo myself and I just have this to say.

Luo men are hypocrites:from Raila Odinga’s son to the so called Orengo not to mention many other luos.
They neglect their women and run to marry or cohabit with kikuyu women.
When trouble starts in the relationship the luo men suddenly become sexiest and hypocrates even more. They say things like ‘look at these kikuyus they are this and that’ the funny thing is they even get support from the luo women who they neglect.
After the elections the violence erupted and luo men went on a rampage killing or beating luo men who are married to kikuyu women yet! and I quote, yet!they dared question Raila’s son or Orengo or even other shamed prominent rich luos about their relationship with kikuyu women.
Kikuyu men embrace their women, infact other kenyan male tribes embrace their women.
This can only mean one thing: A luo man is still very primitive.
It’s no wonder luo women are least represented when it comes to development status.
Also ,The luo community lags behind.

GOVERNMENT TO USE FORCE TO SETTLE KIKUYU ”PRETENDER-IDPs” ON MAASAI LAND-KIBAKI PNU VICE PRESIDENT, KALONZO MUSYOKA SAYS

Home guards grabbed all the Kikuyu land in Central Province prior to and post independence and this is a fact known by Kibaki’s PNU Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka (not Kenya’s Vice President) and yet he is not channeling the said untrue (true IDPs have already moved to their ancestral homes) IDPs back to their homes.

Mr Musyoka should realise that the White man from whom the government purchased land out of ”his” 30,000 acres stole the land from the Maasai and that if he was indeed a true Vice President for Kenya he should be returning land to their rightful owners, including the Maasai.

I suggest that since the Kibaki PNU Vice President is such an eager philanthropist towards the ”IDPs” which he took active part in creating by his pre-2007 elections dirty political game with PNU, he should with or without the use of state force settle the pretending Kikuyu ”IDPs” at his Mwingi constituency post haste and never on other people’s land- definitely not on Maasai land. How much more should the Maasai suffer?

    KENYA MPs MAKE THEMSELVES IRRELEVANT

All the 222 MPs, apart from the nominated ones, are elected by the people of Kenya with the only hope that they would represent the interests of those who elected them to Parliament. Notwithstanding this noble honour our said MPs have voted against the people who elected them to the august house by almost unanimously voting Kenya out of the ICC.

In view of the fact that over 67% Kenyans want the post elections violence suspects tried at The Hague is the MPs’ continuing to sit in the 10th Parliament legal since they have shamelessly voted against the people who elected them?

It is time Parliament is prorogued and we go for an early election to elect new MPs of our choice who will represent us to the letter.
