How to Submit a Story and More

Dear Readers,

 In order to better serve you--to deliver news and commentary to you in a more efficient manner--we are moving to a blog format.  You may continue to send us your submissions at jaluo@jaluo.com or you may register at this site and submit a post for moderation.  Please be patient with us as we continue to work on making this site more user friendly. 

In some browsers, the text size will currently appear to be unusually large.  You may (1) change the size of the text in your browser by going to Page -> Text size -> preferred text size (smaller, smallest, etc.) or (2) click on the story headline to view the story in its normal font-size.    We will continue to work on fixing this problem.
