Who dose now Kibaki thinks he is?. A man whose re election sparkled a lot of waves all over the world is now ruling just as the voters who did not want him to be re-elected guessed. This is a very good show down to ICC and the Roman Statute that Kenya needs the Hague than before. I just wonder why AU supports Kenya to withdraw from ICC. Kenyans need justice and that is what even the Kenyan Justice minister Mr. Kilonzo is now saying to people. Read below. Who would have believed that a PNU minister can also come out and speak the truth. Mr. Kilonzo is far much better than Vp Kalonzo who is running around and when asked what are you running from; then he says Kibaki has sent me. Bure Kabisa.

Cabinet Minister Mutula Kilonzo and Imenti Central MP Gitobu Imanyara have termed President Kibaki’s move to ‘unilaterally’ nominate Judiciary chiefs as unconstitutional.

Am now liking the way Mutula Kilonzo is taking the straight road to serious business,the fellow is courageous to the point of telling his two bosses off.We need to think about him next time ODM decideds on taking onboard credible and serious people.
He will now join the likes of Gitobu Imanyara,Peter Keneth.Martha Karua,Kabando Kabando etc.
The list also appears to have hit rough waters with Kibaki guys like Amos Wako,Gicheru saying no to the flawed process.Kibaki his carried away by saving the Acompo six to the point of forgetting the very basic requirements of the new constitution.
And to my boss Rao,please be slow to react and react with tack as you apear to issue contadictory statements between the time you landed from Ethiopia and the one at Makongeni rally.Issue powerfull press statements once after sometimes and not always.

I too been very impressed with Mr. Kilonzo and I am now nominating him for Supreme Court judge for Kenya. Mr. Kilonzo is the politician/Lawyer who make Kenya that I come in contact proud. Mr. Kilonzo understand how international law specifically ICC Rome Statue work and how politicians who want pull out Kenya ICC got it backwads
. Another thing, thank God ..to all Kenyans the seeds of your Democratic system are beginning to grow and take shape. I can’t remember in following Kenya political history where a judge had ruled against: Kenyatta, Moi Kibaki in any government decree or appointment on constitutional basis. Kenyans of all stripes should be proud that you have now beginning to have judges in this country who are following this new constitution document to the letter in their ruling
. Serious Kenyans who love and care for this country should not listen to these ” damn pea brain, ass hole, corrupt politicians….(feel free to add to the list) who does not understand this constitution let alone international treaties and obligation wailing against.
After seeing propaganda DVD video that was used to convince AU members to back Kenya: pulling out or having their case defer by ICC, Kibaki should fire his legal Team in State House. The beating : O’campo, PM and ODM took in this video to convince African Head of States who for the most part have checkered records on ruling with impunity WILL NOT LEND SYMPATHY CONSIDERATION FROM ICC TO GRANT DEFERRAL
One of the sad thing is that this Propaganda DVD was produced by Kenya government on behalf of Kenyans with their tax money. Objective obsevers who don’t have “adog in this hunt or skin in the game” will find out this DVd presentation was PNU/KKK production against: ODM party, Ocampo and the PM. This propaganda DVD video was meant to make the PNU/KKK look good and ODM to look bad and what could happen if the Six are tried at the Hague.
Mark my words, Kenya government DVD propaganda Video used on Africa Head of States to support Kenya will one day come back and bite Kenya on the ass in ICC proceedings against the Ocampo six!!!!.
For Kalonzo, PNU and KKK gang you cannot have it both ways in dealing with ICC. On one hand you have pending motion in Parliament to pull Kenya out of ICC and at the same time you want AU support to ask ICC to deffer Ocampo six case. Hello!!!!!! ..Ass Holes MPs and VP Kalonzo who is leading this campaign, either you are in or out. If Kenya pulls out ICC as the pending motion stipulates then why do you need the AU support to help you defer the case for the six ????.
Here are my five cents advice to these moron/fat asses Mps, if you want ICC or UN security council to at least give your Six “deferral” token consideration, abandon the pending motion to pull Kenya from ICC statue immediately !!!. The minute Kenya pull ut ICC and stop cooperating with ICC investigation the arrest warrant will be issues against these Six. Yes, they may win next election under the umbrella of KKK but not of them will be able to travel elsewhere and many donor countries may have hard time conducting diplomatic with these leaders.
One more thing, on the latest appointment of judiciary members by Kibaki was sham that did not full anybody. I am glad majority of Kenyans rejected it, International communities saw it the old “kangaroo court” appointment. Most of all it was declared unconstitutional by Kenya court…what great day for Kenya democracy !!!!!!!!!!!! If Kibaki was planning to arm: VP, PNU and KKK with these appointment to convince that world that Kenya judiciary was a live and well and will try these Six in the future….. score zero for the forces of impunity in your country.
Th e days, of Presidential decrees are gone, some body forgot to tell Mr. Kibaki and these half brain politicians that the new constitution must be adhered to the letter. Tribal, regional, and Party block voting in parliament on any issue MUST NOW ADHERE/FOLLOW CONSTITUTION and this is why in the short and long run Judiciary system will determine the success or failure of democracy in Kenya.
Those who are fortunate to serve in Kenya judiciary branch mus be people of: higher caliber, beyond reproach, with sound legal mind and higher moral campas. Kenya judiciary members must be neutral…. when all said and done, they are the custodians of this emerging democracy that your people have worked for a long time.

Too bad the speaker of the house “wimped” to use the constitution to rule of this issue out right!!!!. Again, those who love this emerging democracy in this country should take spare time to read and try to understand this new precious constitution document to help you grow this young democratic nation.
These Funeral politicians, Tribal alliances, Suit case political parties and opportunist from all walks of lives in this country will come and go but your constitution will endure.

Yes, I did see the same conference speech..I know he was right on the points but he was too excited!!. It is too bad that in your country rely : personal/ Personality politics, Tribal and “overnight ethnic political alliances like KKK” that rule politics in this country. Principled politicians like: Kilonzo, Imanyara, Karua and others who have the interest of this country at heart will never get listen to when it come to national issues confronting this country.
I wonder how long KKK alliance will last??…will Ruto “pick his ball again ” if he does not get nominated by KKK to run for President?.What will UHuru and Central province do if Kibaki replacement is not from Central?? and what will Kalonzo do if their is no “batched” election to pick up the pieces or if Ruto and UHuru survive ICC trial and run as a team????????.
