ODM is for Bomas Draft while PNU is for “WAKO draft” I agree. having said this, ODM needs to pull out. Some time back, someone recommended in this forum that ODM needed to pull out. Now I see such need. Kabaki is playing games with people’s lives. I thought PNU would be civil about this matter but they are not. How can WAKO Draft, a loosing document even be considered in this matter? I don’t think these people are looking ahead at all. There will be a civil war if this matter is not resolved accordingly. Kenya will have to be divide or there will be a civil war. Kabaki can take Eastern Kenya and Central and ODM take the rest. ODM is for Federal System which we all like and PNU is for dictatorship and mismanagement of resources.

Thanks,

ODM is for “Bomas Draft” while PNU is “WAKO Draft”.  Bomas Draft deafeted Wako Draft in the last referendum. Do we all agree to this at least?

With WAKO Draft having been overwhelmingly shot down by majority of Kenyans during the referendum do we still need to argue how long it should take to change the constitution? Kenya already has a new Draft Constitution in place, the BOMAS Draft. At the very most, it should take less than 2 weeks to enact this Document as the new Constitution for Kenya. From then, our Parliament can embark on legislative debates for necessary ammendments i.e. 1st amendment, 2nd amendment etc

Of priority right now is to put in place the New Constitution (BOMAS Draft), begin the process of transitioning to a devolved government, start building solid institutions that cannot be abused by anyone.

Kibaki still argues as if there was no new Constitution in place. Talking of 12 months to write a new Constitution is to say the least showing off ones ignorance to the extreme. Does Kibaki understand that Kenyans already wrote a new Constitution while he became complacent during his last five years in office. Who advises this guy? Does he remember how the party that trashed his party in the last elections which he decided to steal to hang on to power, got its name Orange?

Obviously, Kibaki is not fit to lead Kenya even if this mediation process decides to make an allowance for him to stay on as head of State. Kibaki sounds to me like an incapacitated person who needs medical help. Why should kenya be at the mercy of a sick person like Kibaki honestly?

We need to be blunt with some of these people. Kibaki is sick. There is no doubt about that. If you doubt me, then I would ask you to question your faculties first.

bomas draft is ok; it brings govt close to the people. But the current mandate was under the old constitution, bomas draft can only be effected if the current parliament and president is willing and/ or is dictated to adopt it; but let us sobber up we cannot create institutions for motal individuals but for generations to come. our current leaders have their stomach to fill, let us be careful by allowing them take our peace and joy, equally internl cmnty have their inrsts too, watch out! KEnya will be there after we all die.

BOMAS DRAFT IS THE ONLY SAVER TO KENYANS WHO HAVE HEART FOR KENYA.BUT I KNOW THAT IS NOT GOING TO BE EASY
TO THESE DOUBT TALKERS-GREEDY MT.KENYA MAFIA. YOU REMEMBER DURING THE PROCESS OF THE DRAFT THEY WERE IN THE FRONTLINE FIGHTING FOR THE DRAFT TO BE ADOPTED BEFORE MOI CLOSED THE PARLIAMENT FOR GENERAL ELECTIONS. BUT IMMEDIATELY,KIBAKI TOOK OVER THEY CHARGED THEIR TALK OVER THE DRAFT. IN FACT THESE MAFIA NOW WERE BENT TO RETAIN THE CONSTITUTION FOR THEIR ADVANTAGE. THESE PEOPLE ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN THEMSELVES NOT ANY OTHER KENYANS.
THEY CAN ONLY BE REMOVED BY FORCE SO THAT OTHER KENYANS CAN ATTAIN THE REAL FREEDOM. OTHERWISE ,KENYANS ARE FACING A REAL DICTATORSHIP WHICH HAS NEVER BE EXPERIENCED IN THE WHOLE.
LOOK THE WAY UHURU KENYATTA HAS MISHANDLED THE NOMINATIONS OF CANCELLORS WITHOUT SHAME.HE NEVER CARED TO FOLLOW THE BY LAWS AT ALL. THESE IS A SHOW HOW THEY ARE GOING TO HANDLE ISSUES WITHOUT CARE ABOUT EVEN CONSTITUTION AND OTHER LAWS.

UHURU HAS JUST DEMONSTRATED THE SAME THING KIBAKI DID TO KENYA ON 30TH OF DECEMBER,2007 BY RIGGING HIMSELF BACK WITHOUT CARING THE FEELINGS OF KENYANS AND INTERNATIONA COMMUNITY. SUPPOSE THE GROUP GETS ESTABLISHED,THERE WILL BE NO KENYAN WHO WILL STAND AND TALK ABOUT ANY INJUSTICE. THIS WAS WHAT KENYATTA DID TOWARDS HIS DEATH. THIS IS THE TIME TO MAKE CHANGES BEFORE THEY STANDARD DETAINING OPPOSITION LEADERS,AND
MASSIVE KILLINGS OPPOSITION LEADERS AND BUSINESSMEN FROM OTHER TRIBES.

    THE ANSWER IS PRAYERS

We tend to forget that whatever is happening is known to the Creator. Remember, HE created us , chose leaders, is privy to whatever happens.

GOD gives power but men forget their role of using power for the benefit of all. This is what is now happenning because we now worship leadership and money. We think selfish is superior to equity.

HE says when a child forgets the Father, he too will be forgotten. HE had a reason to place communities in differen regions but man created imbalanced laws to favour suvival for the richest where poorest is denied their place of inheritance.

WE WILL ONLY GET THE CHANGES WE CRAVE FOR WITH CONSTANT PRAYERS. KENYANS LET US PRAY or else, there is a monster created by impunity and sturbon nature of humans in leadership.

IF WE DONT PRAY, WATCH THE OUTCOME IN A YEAR’S TIME!

DO NOT FORGET THAT THE SO-CALLED PRESIDENT IS IN POWER ILLEGALLY WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE MAJORITY WHO HONESTLY VOTED HIM OUT! EVEN KIVUITU HAS ADMITTED KIBAKI DID NOT WIN.

ALMIGHTY GOD KNOWS THAT HE COULD NOT HAVE WON WITH 35 SEATS AGAINST 110 OF ODM! I URGE YOU KEN, TO REALISE THAT NOT EVEN ALMIGHTY GOD CAN KEEP HIM IN POWER. THE PEOPLE HAVE REJECTED HIM AND THE EYES OF THE PEOPLE ARE THE EYES OF GOD. JUST WAIT HISTORY IS SOON GOING TO WIPE HIM OUT AFTER DISCLOSING ALL HIS CRIMES, THAT PRESIDENT OF YOURS!!

MAY BE YOU SHOULD HONESTLY ASK YOURSELF WHERE SADDAM HUSSEIN AND GENERAL JOSEPH MOBUTU SESE SEKO ARE! IT IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME AND HE AND HIS SACOPHANTS MIGHT BE RUNNING HELTER SKELTER DENYING THEY WERE DOING WHAT THEY ARE NOW DOING TO KENYANS.

DO NOT RUB SALT ON FESTERING WOUNDS, KEN. I MUST REMIND YOU IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THAT 100% OF DEAD BODIES IN NYANZA PROVINCE FOLLOWING THE KIBAKI STOLEN ELECTIONS HAD GUNSHOT WOUNDS!! ONLY POLICE LEGALLY BEAR ARMS IN KENYA, KEN.

REMEMBER TOO THAT THE POLICE TRAFICK WHO KILLED KIMUTAI AND THE LADY IN ELDORET WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BEAR GUNS SINCE IN KENYA BY LAW TRAFICK POLICE DO NOT BEAR ARMS! WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU?

REMEMBER NOT TO SMILE BECAUSE OF THE KIBAKI ELECTION THEFT TILL YOUR MOUTH EXTENDS TO WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE FROM YOUR EARS BECAUSE YOU MAY BE THE NEXT CASUALTY IN CASE OF TURBULENCE. DICTATRS HAVE NO FRIENDS, KEN. REMEMBER JOMO KENYATTA AND JM KARIUKI, THEY WERE BOTH KIKUYU!!

    DR.ODIDA OKUTHE.

It is also important to add that Kibaki had the best chance during his last term to provide leadership to the constitution re-writing process but he failed to do so. Instead he chose to allow selfish individuals who represented his interests as well to scuttle the process. Why did he promise to deliver a new constitution within 100 days when he was seeking votes back in 2002?

Now, he comes to talk of confines of constitution. It is time we rose up and told this man, that Kenya is made of 42 different tribes and these tribes were all represented in the re-writing of Bomas draft. If there is anything that becomes a problem, then it is the work of Parliament to legislate for ammendments.

Having said that, he must stop holding the country at ransom. He should hand over the victory that he stole from Raila Odinga of ODM for the country to move forward.
