    WHaTS THE HOOPLA ABOUT “POWERSHARING?”

The document signed is so basic that it suprises me people are haggling over it.
at its basic- Kibaki and Raila share the authority of Governance 50-50
Raila overtakes Kibaki in realterms by the following virtues:

1- he has strength in parliament [spelled out in the agreement]
2- He then is deputised by “two “[[deputy prime ministers] nominated by each party- that takes care of the ‘Judiciary and administration of Government”
3- he is the leader of that[supervisor] government and recomends to Kibaki ” Cabinet Ministers, Civic leaders and the Diplomatic Corps”
he supervises the operation of Government…..

The two hold a 50-50 “executive authority”

But ODM gets the majority authority in parliament and Government structure.

If they dont like it then they better complain to the two leaders “Raila & Kibaki” the so called mediation team was thrown out after throwing ” temper tutrum” and cursed the Chairman of mediation team out….better yet.

Raila has no reason to be appeasing PNU.
