In her own words Miss Karua while supporting a statement by Vice-President Kalonzo Musyoka emphatically said and I quote “We are guided by the National Accord, which is the law, and there will be no amnesty for anybody who committed any form of crime against humanity during the violence”. I totally support Ms Karua statements but on condition that the law she is quoting will apply to her and Kibaki first.
Â
Many have not forgotten what happened on the day of the elections. While men like Koskei were pleading with Kivuitu to respect the law for the shake of lives of Kenyans, Ms Karua’s eyes were bulging out with fury as she forcibly supported the declaration of Kibaki as president of Kenya without giving a chance to the due process that she is now purporting to champion. Probably Miss Karua did not consider the ramifications of her decision as a leader of the society. She forgot that by enforcing the stealing of the elections she was in essence declaring war and death. Indeed, Miss Karua and Mr. Kibaki were the commanders of the soldiers who acted pro or against them. You cannot prosecute the small fish while letting the big one go. The same sin will be repeated if these two are not subjected to the same law they want to selectively apply on the small fish.

Â
In these two contrasting statements, while Kosgey was emphasizing for the rule of law, Miss Karua was bent on the use of invisible powers. She simply told Kivuitu to declare Kibaki the winner.
Oblivious to what was coming, Miss Karua believed in the misuse of the power of the gun and recruitment of Mungiki who have since become a thorn in the flesh. Miss Karua and those around her caused this mess and should not attempt to sacrifice somebody else. She should turn herself in and confess her sins to court and to the “priest” if she is woman or godly enough. Miss Karua actions already lead to deaths of many, loss of property and displacement. The reason she still want to perpetuate chaos in Kenya baffles me.
Â
To me, those who must be prosecuted for the crimes committed during the violence are the original instigators of this violence. They must be brought to book first if fairness prevails in Kenya. The man in the village did not start this mess. The main culprits in this case would be none other than Miss Karua and president Kibaki who ignored all the laws in the book and all the warnings and proceeded to steal the election. The main reason why people faught against their neighbors was because the election was stolen in a daylight style robbery. Those who reacted were the defenders of the law. Without these people who are now being targeted by Karua, there would have never been a power sharing deal and respect for the law would have been thrown out of the window.
Besides, Karua has forgotten that those who she is hoping to crucify have relatives, blood, intelligence and eyes. They know what she is doing and may react in the opposite to her forces. If the law is not fairly applied, her statements is very likely to initiate new chaos. Martha Karua is beginning to instigate new violence. Could you please tell Martha Karua to shut up and let Kenyans live in peace.

Subject:Â “NO PARDON FOR POLL CHAOS”. COULD THE ATTONEY GENERAL PROSECUTE KARUA AND KIBAKI FIRST
What Kibaki strategists are missing is that the resettlement of the idps in Rift Valley is going on due to the goodwill of Hon William Ruto. This man is asking that those arrested be released but the panu guys are adamant, phew, lets wait and see.
If there is something that will bring back chaos in the country, then it is because of our brothers and sisters who are rotting in jails just because they are not kikuyus. Martha Karua et all you missed the point.
If it is a matterof the rule of the law then Kibaki should be arrested and CHARGED BECAUSE HE RIGGED THE ELECTION together with that failled mkamba lawyer tha besieged election chairman
These people must be released and then compensated unconditionally. We also demand that our brothers and sisters who were shot by mungiki who were recruited in the police force be compensated now and not tomorrow period
