There should be no release or negotiation for post-election violence suspects. Asking for amnesty for people who held up machete and cut fellow Kenyans to pieces or poisoned arrows and shot their neighbors to death should be abhorred and condemned by any peace loving mwananchi. Any politician calling for amnesty for these heartless murderers should be investigated and made to record statements with police on how they happen to have sympathy for such heartless people.
The same thing goes to people in Mungiki and Sabaot Land Defence Force those who have killed innocent people should be pursued to the end of the earth and made to pay dearly for their crimes. If the government fails to crash these gangs then we will have gangs raping people and the government will be appealed by politician that we need amnesty for they are raping out of frustration or out of historic injustices.
The law is clear if you murder you should be hanged anybody asking for amnesty should be held for aiding and abetting murder.

Ochichi!
Are you really a Kenyan?
How comes the grandchildren of the heroic Mau Mau are on the receiving ends of sharp poisoned arrows in the Rift Valley while only 100 families of homeguards who were informing on their grandfathers on behalf of the British government comfortably occupy all the land in Central Province, land rightfully belonging to all Kikuyus, including Mungiki and all MAU MAU descendants?
For what did the Mau Mau fight and die if not their land in Central Province which was occupied by the British?
Have you read Facing Mount Kenya by Jomo Kenyatta?
Ochichi I begin to suspect that you are one of the Kenyans who are fooled into being tribal-minded by the few rich Kikuyus in power who are in fact fearing that justice if allowed could restore the land to MAU MAU descendants, the land they have unfairly occupied
Did you ever know the most Honourable General Dedan Kimathi? Where is his family in Kenya political leadership? His descendants cannot feed on the statue just erected for him, albeit late. It had to take no lesser a person than Nelson Mandela on his visit to Kenya after his release to ask the Kenya government for the whereabouts of the family of Dedan Kmathi!!
Did you ever know most Honourable Dildad Kagia? He fought for the British in World War II and was later disappointed with them then he fought with Mau Mau and was detained with Jomo Kenyatta, Achieng’ Oneko, etc. Where is their reward? Where is Kungu Karumba?
The homeguards are in control of government, land, politics and are sending Mungiki, the grandchildren of MAU MAU to go and massacre the Luo in Nyanza and Kalenjin in the Rift Valley, if not receive arrow wonds there.
I shudder to think what could have happened first to the Kalenjins and second to the rest of non-Kikuyus had the Kalenjin worriors not fought couragiously at Eldoret even to to the extent of burning the church occupied by the killer Mungki. Do not forget that the government of Kibaki armed the said Mungki to the teeth to defend Kikuyu illivit interests in the Rift Valley and elsewhere in Kenya.
It is true that Kenyans have a right to own property anywhere in the country but I can assure you that such rights are nullified when a cabinet minister states categorically that the Kalenjins are only fit to look after cattle!!Did you ever know Sir Churles Njonjo of Kabeteshire? Did you know that Kikuyus think that all Kaklenjins are of low intelligence? Ochichi! Did you know what Murdgor and Jean Marie Seroney fought for till their death? If you do not know then know it now. They were against Kenyatta stuffing the Rift Valley with Kikuyus. Kikuyus ae not the only peole who have land hunger in Kenya.Land is a burning issue that has made some pople change their names to Professor Kinuthia wa Muthengi(Mangu) ole Saitoti (Kajiado). Ask him what an egg is called in Maasai and let him tell you! There is now Denitronucleic acid, DNA test that can tell a person’s tribe to the nearest 0.00000000001.
You are an intelligent man Ochichi! Wake up!
What do you say about the unarmed boys who were shot in cold blood in Kisumu by police and whose death pleased police spokesman Erik Kiraithe to tears?
My dear, Tom Mboya praised Kenyatta, he even changed the constitution to make him a bove the law. Apparently he killed him once Mboya’s constitution had made it possible for people to live and own property anywhere in the country and once Kenyatta became above the law!
No Kikuyu had the courage to talk about Kenyatta, let alone for his release, if anything they wanted him to die in prison. Oginga Odinga couragiously fought for his release till he became president. Then he detained him because he was against the theft of peoples land in the Rift Valley by Kikuyus.
Raila Odinga at great risk amnd expense fought for Kibaki to become president. He kicked him out of government after shunning the MOU that brought him to power.
Who could have been shot with arrows had Kibaki not stolen the 27th December 2007 Presidential elections? Look for the people who stole the elections and deny them amnesty accordingly.
Have you pondered why police beat up the women who wanted to petitoion the Prime Minister?
Ochichi, embember if you do not know already that communism collapsed at a time that Soviet Army had the capacity to uplift the entire citizenry into space in the event of a nuclear holocaust. Saddam Husein had a one million army which melted into thin air when American troops arrived! Forceful occupation of Kalenjin land and land elsewhere will also end, if not arrows will never cease to to stick nto heads of the robbers.
DR. ODIDA OKUTHE.
YOUR DREAM AND HATRED WILL DIE WITH YOU IN THAT SAME HEART OF YOURS;WE PREACH LOVE BUT NOT AMNESTY, JUSTICE MUST BE DONE TO THE MURDERERS AMD WE SHALL PREVAIL AS ONE KENYA. KIKUYUS, LUOS KALENJINS KAMBAS, MIJIKENDAS AND THE REST BELONG TO ONE COUNTRY HICH WE ALL LOVE TO LIVE IN IN PEACE.
