WORLD: GENERAL AERIAL SHARON DESERVED & WAS GIVEN A HEROIC MILITARY BURIAL HONOR

News Analysis By Leo Odera Omolo In Kisumu City

It is worth appreciation the way and manner in which the former Israel Prime Minister, the late Aerial Sharon, was given the highest honour of military sending off before his burial

Given Sharon deserved the heroic burial taking into account his both political and military history in the Jewish state since its formation in 1948.

But the most recent was his military role in the Yom Koppur war of October 1973.

The Egyptians 3rd army had launched a surprise attack against the the Israeli security network in the Sinai dessert and crossed through the them seemingly impregnable Barlev Line, the Israeli defensive line in the Mt Sinai desert. The Egyptians took advantage of the Yom Koppur holidays when most Israeli soldiers guarding their country’s defensive line were less attentive.

Gen. Sharon, while commanding the Israeli tank brigade, launched an elaborate counter attack offensive and encircled the Arabs armies, besieged them and managed to cross the Suez Canal

Thousands in the Egyptians army which had broken the Barlev line were surprised and besieged when they were cornered in the dessert and forced to retreat in disarray leaving behind tanks and other important military armaments. The Egyptian soldiers had even taken off their military boots and abandoned them in the desert together with guns .This was after two days of tank-to-tank battle in the desert. The Egyptian abandoned ultra modern Russian made tanks, some of them intact, while others were disabled.

At the time when the ceasefire which was brokered by the UN Security Council the US and the international community come into effect. Gen. Sharon and his tank brigade had already crossed the Suez Canal water way and were only 45 kilometer from Cairo. the Egyptian soldiers abandoned their army uniform and boots as well as guns in the dessert while fleeing from Gen. Sharon and his men.

Records show that Gen. Sharon took active part in the 1948 war which resulted in the creation of the State of Israel. This was a hit and run guerrillas like war. In the six day middle East war of 1967 against the huge Arab armies comprising combined forces of Egypt, Jordan and Syria had received a thorough beating by him. Gen. Sharon was in the tank brigade that smashed Syria defensive line in the Golan Heights. He therefore deserved all sorts of public and military honour for his heroic background.

In the battle of Sinai desert, Gen Sharon was wounded in the forehead, and newspaper reports flushed his heavily bandaged fore head to the world.

In the 1948 war of independence. He was among the disciples of the one eyed Gen. Moshe Dayan.

thousands of Israeli citizens had staged a noisy demonstrations in Jel Aviv streets ,while shouting their support for Gen. Moshe Dayan. Kaczet (parliament) had forced the then prime minister Ben gurion to appoint Dayan to a term as the Defence Minister.

Gen. Sharon was later to serve both as foreign minister and PM respectively

As young Kenyan journalists under going social studies sponsored by the Kenya Federation of Labor under the late Tom Mboya IN 1962, We studied at the Kibutzi managed by the Stardust & The Israel Federation of Workers. I had the good luck of shaking haunts with Gen. Sharon at the five star King David Hotel in Tel Aviv in 1963 and also on two occasions shared a handshake which another former PM and foreign Minister Mr. Golda Meir and Abba Eban, the linguists Foreign Minister of Israel and other old politicians of those days..

However, I was so disappointed to read the comment by one of the Palestine politician who depicted Gen. Sharon a criminal man who died without having faced punishment for his crimes against human beings for his role in the massacre of Palestinian refugee in Lebanon

By all standard, Gen Sharon died as a hero who had served his country diligently, selflessly with zeal and dedication

I must take this opportunity to sincerely thank the government of Israel for having accorded Gen.Sharon the most colorful and fitting heroic burial

KENYA: THE POLICE SHOULD CARRY A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION ABOUT THE SEVEN ACRES NYATIKE BHANG PLANTATION FARM

Reports Leo Odera Omolo

Once again police in Migori have impounded a bhang haul with a street value of Ksh. 1.6 million near Sori Bay town in Nyatike district. The discovery of the drug comes only three days following last weeks discovery of a seven acres of bhang plantation farm on top of Kimaye Hill near Wath Ong’er in North Kadem location, Nyatike District.

The uprooted plants were packed in vehicles which took them to Nyatike District headquarters where the drugs was burnt and destroyed. Six men who looked like the workers in the farm were taken into custody and would appear in court in due course.

Consignments of bhang from Migori County have always found a way into the cities and towns.

Several motorist have been nabbed at the police road checks and road blocks far away in places like molo, Nakuru and Naivasha after finding their ways from Migori ,kisii Kericho, but only land intrusion far busy in the region . This is a clear indication the lucrative bhang trade involved some powerful politician in Migori who have been operating claimleely with help of local policemen.

The bhang trafficking business has been thriving in the region in for a long time. Most isolated hill-tops are known to be the hideout of bhang farms not only in Nyatike su-county, but also in the neighboring Mbita and Suba regions.

The drug-lords are said to be stinking in wealth and would therefore go into full length to ensure that vehicles transporting the products to the big Cities like Nairobi and Mombasa passes through the police road blocks unnoticed.

South Sudan’s neighbors threaten to step in to end fighting

By Dr. Peter Kopling Joseph

December 29, 2013 (SSNA) –East African leaders on Friday gave South Sudan’s warring factions four days to lay down their arms after nearly two weeks of widening violence.

If they don’t, the leaders of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) warned they’ll “take action” to stop the conflict that the United Nations says has killed more than 1,000 and forced some 121,000 from their homes.

The group didn’t specify what sort of action it would take. But a communiqué issued Friday in Nairobi, Kenya, appears to throw the group’s weight behind South Sudanese President Salva Kiir.”

The above is an excerpt from CNN news online. If true then I must say I am bitterly disappointed but yet not surprised by the move of Kampala and Nairobi in particular. How can those who live in glass houses throw stones?

Museveni of Uganda, rules his people with iron fist and manipulates the constitutions to allow him to rule till death do him in and groomed his son to take over, he essentially murdered his opponents and democracy in Uganda, do we expect anything different from him than support one like him and that he understands Kirr and supports him? As I write his UDF are already fighting for Kirr at the frontline, so what is new here other than making it formal and now with kenyan support?

In Kenya the Kenyata’s tribe have ruled and monopolized power and economy which kirr is copying for his Jiengs in South Sudan. The Kenyan President himself is a wanted man, so why will AU and international leaders give us those with blood stein in their hands to mediate?

Is it surprising they would throw their weight behind Kirr who clearly has destroyed democracy in South Sudan and now have massacre women and children in the capital Juba, in the footsteps of these leaders who pledged him their supports?

Kirr committed the first sin of recruiting tribal militia; the same that initiated mutiny among them after Kirr ordered those opposed to his rule be arrested to include Riek. This same militia went about and killed women and Children and the elderly of the Nuer people not too far from Kirrs Palace and to say these leaders of Uganda and Kenya support such and these are the very same one to mediate who are now throwing threats here and there?

If these East African mediators are honest, they should and must condemn Kirrs Massacre of Nuer people in Juba, Which they have not done till today. Without which, Musevenis Soldiers who are already in the front line are now being Join by Kenyan soldiers to come and complete the genocidal ethnic cleansing of the Nuer people started in juba by Kirr. Is this really what Nairobi and Kampala are advocating for? Are they prepared for this?Have they really understood this?

Let the Kenyan and Ugandans ask themselves very carefully, when they join Kirr in the front line, who are at the other end of the firefight?

The answer is very simple; at this point it is the very same Nuer people who are fighting for their dear lives, preventing being wiped out by Kirr as he started it in Juba not just to topple Kirr. Their fight is a direct response to kirrs intents and massacre. Do the Kenyan and Ugandan wants to make it easy for Kirr to complete his work of genocide and ethnic cleansing?

I am not a Nuer but a very concerned Southern Sudanese and I must warn the Ugandan and Kenyan, the day you step into this war, it is the day the wait if over for the rest of us. We shall not stand by and see our Nuer brothers and Sisters wiped out by combined forces of Kirr’s tribal gangs and his foreign mercenaries. The rest of South Sudan shall join in and we shall fight it out to the very last man.

Given Museveni armies are already in the front line for Kirr and if Kenya too joints them, they have already lost credibility of being neutral and they should abandon mediation to Ethiopia and other world leaders, unless they are ready to participate with Kirr in genocide he started in Juba only halted by Riek and his forces.

Kenya and Uganda must not swallow kirrs poison and buys all that he says, The rest of South Sudan is watching closely, instead of pouring water, they are pouring gasoline and the fire that shall flair as a result, they will find it hard to extinguish.

HIGH COST OF LIVING IS TO BLAME FOR SUICIDE IN KENYA, SAYS FR WASONGA

From: Ouko joachim omolo
The News Dispatch with Omolo Beste
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2013

The parish priest of Blessed Sacrament, Oriang Catholic Church in Homa Bay Diocese said on Sunday that the high cost of living in Kenya is to blame for rise of suicides cases. Delivering his homily based on the feast of holy family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, Rev Fr Christopher Wasonga said urgent action is needed to address the situation.

Father Wasonga was referring to recent media reports where a husband went berserk in Mai Mahiu, Naivasha killing his wife before taking his life as his children watched. The man in his late 50s committed suicide by hanging himself in his bedroom, hours after strangling his wife.

The man was said to be a sand harvester had earlier quarreled with the mother of four resulting in a fight. In the bizarre incident, the man was rescued by his two children after he tried to hang himself only to later on lock himself and take his life.

The Father also referred to an incident in Homa Bay where a man killed his family members and then committed suicide in Rodi Kopany Township of Homa Bay County. John Otieno, 40, killed his wife Linda Ochieng, 25, and two children before hanging himself at their rental house.

Otieno, whose original home is in Lela village, Migori County, was living in Rodi Kopany, where he sold clothes for a living. According to the Otieno’s mother, Consolata Otieno, her son and daughter-in-law had not quarrelled and she could not tell what prompted the killings.

He also mentioned the case where a woman, 27, killed her three children, seriously injured a fourth one and then took her own life at Matulo village in Siritanyi on the outskirts of Bungoma town.

Also in Vihiga where a 38-year-old man hanged himself in his sitting room and his wife hospitalised at Mukumu Mission hospital with grave injuries.

The deceased, Kevin Bunali, had four children both orphaned now as their two mothers had passed on earlier. He worked as a carpenter.

The wife, 25-year-old Judith Deizo, who is hospitalised, was his third wife and has no child with him. Since they got married earlier last year (2012), there has been no peace in that house as they have been fighting each other often.

Father Wasonga also referred to a case in a village in Uasin Gishu County where a man went berserk and killed his two children before committing suicide over a domestic dispute.

Julius Yego, 36, killed his two sons Franklin Cheruyiot, and Eliud Kipkoech aged 4 and 2 years respectively after a fight with his wife Damaris Yego. Confirming the incident, Eldoret West OCPD Ndung’u wa Ikonya said man after the heinous act hanged himself while the wife managed to escape.

During the mass attended by all Oriang family members from all outstations, Father Wasona also introduced Rev Sr Janet Owuor of Camilian missionary sisters from Oriang, Nyasore center who was celebrating her thanks giving mass after her final vows which took place on December 7, 2013 in Karen, presided over by Homa Bay Diocese, Bishop Philip Anyolo.

Just as Father Wasonga was deeply concerned, majority of Kenyans are optimistic that 2014 will be a lot better than 2013. According to a new survey, 21 per cent of Kenyans say 2013 was a “generally bad year”, with 7 per cent describing it as a “terrible year”.

Overall, this year was most disappointing to residents of Nairobi County, with 17 per cent of those polled describing 2013 as “terrible”. This assessment is partly attributable to the high cost of living in the city, which residents list at the top of their issues of concern.

Economically, there were disappointments too, owing to strikes involving teachers and doctors. And the fire at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in August which destroyed investments and lives of many families as did the terror attack at the Westgate Mall in Nairobi, a month later.

Meanwhile, the question of unemployment remains a source of headache more to residents of Coast and Western regions at 60 and 58 per cent, with their counterparts in Central (39 per cent) least concerned with the challenge.

Jubilee said it would create jobs for young generations, but to the surprise Present Uhuru Kenyatta shocked Kenyans by recycling old losers in politics by recent appointments. This is indeed a political suicide.

Jubilee is on the process of retrenching civil servants. When this happens many children will not be able to go to school because their retrenched parents will not be able to cater for their school fees and basic needs.

Unless the amendments to the Finance Act of 2012, which introduced a 10 per cent excise duty on transaction fees for financial as well money transfer services are not made, many Kenyans are going to suffer a great deal.

Most young people graduate from school and there is no immediate system to accommodate them, this result into hopelessness and at times misery resulting in suicides.

Yet suicide in Kenya is not openly discussed, one it is treated as a criminal offence. The survivors of a suicide attempt end up in jail instead of a correctional mental facility. Where the individual managed to kill him or others too, the people close to the victim may refuse to report the case to government agencies for fear of being victimised or charged.

Yet still, suicide has taken a new trend in Kenya where teenagers between 13-15 years have increasingly resorted to it following what they term as failure in the national exams. This leaves them feeling worthless, depressed and incompetent.

For example, when the 2011 KCPE results were announced, the media reported several incidences of candidates who resorted to suicide when they did not perform as anticipated.

Family dysfunction such as divorce and separation also affects young people’s response to issues in life. Most of the young people who commit suicide do it with the mindset that they are punishing their parents.

December 25, 2013 (SSNA) –Dear my fellow citizens, please, pray for Jieng people in Malakal! I am hearing very disturbing news! To my fellow citizens from Nuer, urge your people in Malakal to refrain from killing civilians. Do your best to stop this war and urge Dr. Riek to accept dialogue; it is not a good idea to overthrow President Kiir but he can step down if his conscience tells him so or the parliament can act. Otherwise, let’s wait for 2015. So, our current issues have several solutions but overthrowing Kiir by force is not one of them.

This is because if one of your own, a nuer, comes to power today, you will not want the Dinkas or the Equatorians to do what you are doing today? Overthrowing an elected president is not a good precedence for a nation that wants to develop itself.

This unwarranted war is a waste of our national resources in terms of its countless lives and economic apparatus! The aggression has gone wild and people are killing each other like they don’t want to live with each other again at all! This is sad! More Jieng people are being killed. This is evidence in Akobo, Bor, Bentiu, andnow in Malakal. So, please, stop the killings. You have made your points and you are heard. So, let’s sit down and talk.

President Kiir may just call it a quit to save lives and let the Nuers take over! There seems to be several forces acting on the Nuer militia and their aggression seems to be nonstop (suicide mission i.e. The Nuers vs. The Nation) These forces, as one of my Nuer friends told me, are successive marginalization policies (that the Nuers are treated like a second class citizens), president kiir’s dictatorship styles, Juba Killings and Ngundeeng’s prophecies!

To my Nuer brothers and sisters, I do not know much about Ngundeng’s prophecies but from what I heard, one of them was that many people will die before South Sudan can be a better nation for all but I think enough have died. The president is calling for dialogue. Ngundeeng’s prophecies can also be achieved through dialogue. So, please, stop the violence and let’s try to sit down and talk ourselves to peace and the nation we want to build together.

The president needs to see this violence with a new frame; it has nothing to do with what or how it started! It has taken a form and life of its own! Addressing it needs a new thinking, a fresh look!

The President can do the following things to help create viable conditions for dialogue:

1. Apologize to the Nuers for the atrocities committed in Juba by his security apparatus
2. Apologize to the people of South Sudan for his misrules
3. Tell the people of South Sudan that he is ready to step down if that is what people would want to see to stop killing each other
4. Issue amnesty to Dr. Riek and his forces and release the detainees
5. Ask for a dialogue and reiterate his willingness to step down unless the people want him to continue until 2015
6. Announcing that he is not going to run for re-election in 2015
7. Call for a meeting of all South Sudanese political and social forces to discuss the ways out of this mess
8. Ask for a full support of the peace process by the regional and international communities
9. Stop the use of force and only participate in war when attacked (ceasefire)
10. Stop involving other countries, militarily, in South Sudan affairs unless they are neutral and not supporting one side
Dr. Riek will need to do the following things on his side as well:

1. Apologize for the loss of innocent lives as a result of his forces aggression on civilians
2. Order his forces to stop aggression toward the Dinkas
3. Accept ceasefire: stay where he is now and no more advancement and attack
4. Accept dialogue
5. Commit himself to the peace and reconciliation that he started a while back in the areas that he controls
6. Ask for a full support of the peace process by the regional and international communities
NB: If these are done and a peace is achieved, the South Sudanese people may support the pardoning of criminal charges.

GENEVA (24 December 2013) – UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay on Tuesday expressed grave concern over the serious and growing human rights violations taking place daily in South Sudan during the past 10 days, calling on the leadership on both sides to protect civilians and refrain from instigating violence based on ethnic grounds.

“Mass extrajudicial killings, the targeting of individuals on the basis of their ethnicity and arbitrary detentions have been documented in recent days,” Pillay said. “We have discovered a mass grave in Bentiu, in Unity State, and there are reportedly at least two other mass graves in Juba.”

The High Commissioner also expressed serious concern about the safety of those who have been arrested and are being held in unknown locations, including several hundred civilians who were reportedly arrested during house-to-house searches and from various hotels in Juba. Hundreds of members of the South Sudan National Police Service were also reportedly ordered to be disarmed and arrested from police stations across Juba.

Pillay reiterated her call on the authorities to reveal the whereabouts of all those who have been detained, including political leaders, and to refrain from conducting further arbitrary detentions.

The violence in South Sudan has already sparked massive displacement, with more than 40.000 internally displaced people who have sought refuge in the compounds of the UN Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS). The total number of the displaced population is expected to be much higher, with people reportedly seeking shelters in churches and other locations.

“There is a palpable fear among civilians of both Dinka and Nuer backgrounds that they will be killed on the basis of their ethnicity,” Pillay said. “There need to be clear statements and clear steps from all those in positions of political and military control that human rights violations will not be tolerated and those responsible will be brought to justice.”

Under international law, those in positions of political and military control can be held responsible for violations committed by those under their leadership. The High Commissioner urged all senior leaders, both within and outside the Government, to take immediate steps to prevent further human rights violations.

She also called on the international community to strengthen its efforts to assist in the protection of civilians and the UN presence, including through a strengthened UNMISS.

‘They Came to Kill’ – Escalating Atrocities in the Central African Republic

From: Yona Maro

Christian militias responding to rampant abuses by Muslim armed groups have committed atrocities against Muslim communities in northern Central African Republic, Human Rights Watch said in a report released today. Concerned countries should immediately bolster the African Union peacekeeping force in the country and support efforts by France to protect civilians, Human Rights Watch said.

“White Mischief”, the 1987 movie

From: Jeremy Kinyanjui
Subject: “White Mischief”, the 1987 movie on promiscuity amongst a sizable number of Whites in colonial Kenya (Download it at dropbox.com)

“White Mischief”, the 1987 movie on promiscuity amongst a sizable number of Whites in colonial Kenya. It focuses on the illicit happenings in the then “White Highlands”, and what was then specifically known as “Happy Valley” (mainly Naivasha & Nanyuki).

“White Mischief” in particular, focuses on the murder of Lord Errol (Josslyn Victor Hay, 22nd Earl of Errol). Lord Errol was an aristocratic philandering playboy in colonial Kenya, who met his death on 24th January 1941, as a result of a steamy affair he was having with Diana Lady Broughton. Lord Errol’s body was found the following morning i.e. 25th January 1941, in Karen, Nairobi, near where St. Francis Church now stands.

The prime suspect in the murder was Lady Diana’s then husband, Sir Henry “Jock” Broughton. Sir Henry was acquitted of the murder, but later revealed (while drunk at either Karen Country Club or Muthaiga Country Club), that he had “fixed” Lord Errol for having an affair with his wife.

The good looking Lord Errol made many enemies with his extensive womanising in the then Kenya colony, and there was therefore little love lost following his murder. Diana Broughton became Lady Delamere when she got married to her fourth husband, Thomas Pitt Hamilton Cholmondeley, 4th Baron Delamere, on 26th March 1955.

Thomas Pitt Hamilton Cholmondeley is the grandfather of Thomas Patrick Gilbert Cholmondeley i.e. the Delamere who shot dead Kenya Wildlife Service game ranger Samson ole Sisina on 19th April 2005 and also later shot dead stonemason, Robert Njoya Mbugua on 10 May 2006. Lady Delamere is therefore Thomas Patrick Gilbert Cholmondeley’s step-grandmother. Lady Diana promised to make startling revelations on the 1941 Lord Errol murder, but she passed away before do so.

The movie has interesting scenes e.g. at Nairobi’s then mortuary, after Lord Errol’s murder, where Alice de Janze (Sarah Miles), rubs her vagina with her right hand, and then proceeds to rub her said right hand on the face of the deceased Lord Errol (Charles Dance), with the accompanying words “Forever Josh.” This particular scene is between the 58th & 60th minutes of the movie, approximately. “White Mischief” showed to packed movie theatres in Kenya in the early 1990s.

KENYA: POLICE ARE PRAISED FOR IMPROVING SECURITY ALONG LUO-NANDI BORDERS

Reports Leo Odera Omolo In Kisumu City

The insecurity situation along the Luo – Nandi border that has been escalating in recent months is likely to improve following the gunning down of an armed thug by policemen in Nandi Hills town this week.

Jack Kispang who is suspected to have been ex-security personnel was on Monday this week trailed by detectives more than 10 hours from Cheptiret to Nandi hills town where he and his accomplices plans to stage a robbery of a supermarket were botched.

Detectives confronted the suspected robbers when they drew a pistol and threatened to shoot the workers at the supermarket and ordered them to surrender. Kipsang was armed with a Ceska pistol. The officers shot him several times at a close range. His companions fled and were still being hotly pursued by policemen.

A police source in Nandi County said the deceased is suspected to have been the leader of a heavily armed gang who were behind a spate of night attacks and killings in Nandi Hills Sub-County.

So far the gang has killed two senior managers in the tea estates within a period of two months.

The same gang, last Saturday, killed 70-year-old tea farmer Paul Malakwe Arap Rop. The wealthy farmer was attacked at his home, located at Chepotik village several kilometers outside Nandi hills town.

Police Chief in the area Jacinta Wesonga confirmed the incident. Seven people have been shot dead in the area in the last two months.

The police believe the culprits are behind six other murders and have appealed to members aware of the problem to volunteer information on those behind the worrisome and alarming killings.

Two weeks ago, the security Minister Joseph Ole Lenku in the company of the inspector general of police David kimaiyo toured the volatile Nandi-Luo and order and urged the two communities to maintain peace

The two top security officials assured tea and sugar cane farmers of the governments intention to improve security.

The first tea estate manager to die was was David Bivech of Chemartin Tea Estate who was attacked by the group armed with AK47 assault riffle in his house. Five other people who included Bivech’s wife, two administration police officers, a clerk and a night watchman were also injured in the attack on the manager’s house and were hospitalised for gun wounds which they sustained during the raid.

In the second raid incident William Nyongai an estate manager at Kapchoring Tea Estate received a gun shot wound and died while being treated at the nandi Hills Sub – District Hospital. Nyongai ‘s assailants escaped by cutting the barbed wire fence.

Three other deaths in the recent weeks were reported in the Muhoroni site of the border. They included 3 teachers, a retired teacher and a farmer. In the Nyanza incident, the three victims were shot to death by the assailants using poisoned arrows.

At the same time large scale sugar acne farmers in Kibos area near Kisumu and around Miwani, Chepsweka areas along the Nandi Escarpment have raised complaints about the want on destruction of their cane fields by herds men who are defiantly grazing herds of cattle in their farms thereby destroying young cane land.

Each time farmers who are members of the Indian community send watchmen to drive animals out of their farms, the herdsmen threatened them by shooting at them with arrows. The farmers have appealed to the government to bring the situation to an end and save their crops.

KENYANS NEEDS REPENTANCE

From: Nyambok, Thomas

KENYANS: THE SITTING PRESIDENT UHURU KENYATTA WILL NOT GO TO THE HAGUE EASILY COUNT IT ON ME AND KENYA WILL FACE THE WRATH THAT HAS NEVER BEEN SEEN IN AFRICA. AU CANNOT SUSTAIN THE NEEDS OF KENYANS

KENYANS NEEDS REPENTANCE

KENYANS: What would you like to know about your President? Why the president and the jubilee MPs want to frustrate the Media industries? There are so many questions pending that need to be addressed and answered by His Excellency the president of the Republic of Kenya Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta himself.

REMEMBER: That as the Jubilee government and the AU hope for the proposed amendment to the Rome Statute, which established the ICC to block the Kenyan Inductees trial at The Hague. This will not happen and it is foolish, and it makes Africans look foolish.

WARRANT OF AREST: The Kenyan inductees’ warrant of arrest still stands. The Kenyans’ warrants are different from the one of the Sudan’s President El-Bashir because Bashir never went to the ICC to sign any Affidavit for a warrant of arrest in advance in case he failed to appear in court.

UHURU KENYATTA: Kenyatta went to The Hague and agreed with the ICC‘s conditions and signed for the warrant of arrest in advance in case he changed his mind. The President of Sudan El-Bashir did not. With Kenyans cases, they have been trying to avoid going to The Hague. Secondly, the inductees have been abusing the privilege’s that were given to them by the ICC.

As they signed to adhere and abide by the courts orders, if they changed their minds to not attend the courts, then they will be in trouble with the ICC courts, they will be picked up from any country, at any International AirPort without resistance. Note that they all signed and agreed with the condition at The Hague.

JUSTICE FOR THE DEAD: There shall be no healing and reconciliation before delivering justice to the dead and the victims. We must find these rich human beings who turned into goons?

The poor Kenyan citizens and the voters don’t want to bring back the ICC courts to Africa, it will not work for the poor citizens but for the rich goons. The EACJ wouldn’t provide the poor citizens with clear justice. They have never, ever been cohesive mechanisms to deal with cases like those before the ICC today.

THE UNSC’s: The UNSC’s doesn’t work for the EALA members as AU. EAU and Kenya alone proposed the postponement of the ICC cases facing the Kenyans inductees. They will not bring back our dead including children and there will be no justice for the victims as well. The EALA are still sleeping on their ears. We shall let them know that we know more than what they may think they know about the ICC.

Is there any African President who has faced the court of law after they killed innocent citizens like Mr. ARAP MOI and Mr. MWAI KIBAKI? Their administration should face justice. Kenyans must now demand for the previous two Presidents to be taken to courts before they fall sick or die.

KENYANS: Kenyans and the opposition parties should not relent, and they should not give up. Kenyans want all the goons to be in one place. They belong to the jails that are outside of the African continent. Does the EALA know the meaning of the one year deferral of the ICC cases to Africa?

It is just away to start killing innocent Kenyans and to demise with documents and play around with Kenyans intelligence – not again. These African Presidents have misused power. ICC is going nowhere, we fought for it and it must remain in place. AU will get a shock of the2% they are looking up to.

MUNGIKI AND THE GSU AT THE STATE HOUSE NAIROBI GATE “A” ENTRANCE.

These are the people who make Uhuru Kenyatta fear to go to The Hague because the truth is there with all their Identities on board with every thing that should be known. If by any chance he steps in there, he will not be released because he has been the most expensive inductee president in Africa at large.

(A)As far as the State House budget is concerned, how much were they paying Mungiki’s Army per month, per hire or as per individual with different responsibilities? What did it cost to buy the tools, weapons, machetes, arrows and many crude weapons?

The general service unit (GSU) at gate” A’’ at the State House came to set the goons by recording the events they knew. They know everything as they well recorded the Mungiki’s officials. Those who went to State House Nairobi for the strategies to get ready for the rigging matters were not spared. Their pictures, audio and date and time were recorded accordingly.

(B)The world would like to know from His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta to address the public personally and clear the air about his sexuality. We need to know if he has ever been part of the homosexuality community before and after being in the United States for further Education.

It is high time he let the truth prevailed about his life in Kenya and in the United States. Kenyans will accept the truth as it is no matter what.

(c) Terrorists invaded Nairobi – Did the President and the Commander of the Armed Forces of Kenya know about the coming of the terrorists to attack Kenyans on the Kenyan soil? He was at home in Kenya at State House Nairobi where he never tried to prevent the killings as it happened. He was in Nairobi, not at The Hague. He was in the capital city of the Republic of Kenya.

Kenyans do not trust their President together with the Jubilee government because Mr. Uhuru’s god father Mr. Arap Moi is still ruling Kenya with dirty games jointly with Mama Ngina Kenyatta.

(D)WHY IS THE SITTING President Uhuru Kenyatta afraid to go to The Hague? Kenyans and the World want to know from Uhuru Kenyatta about his behavior? He likes taking lame excuses about the security of the country yet other dirty things are happening around his leadership now.

Matters are still not coming out clear about his commanding in chief of the armed forces to the country. I propose and recommend that the opposition parties and Kenyans at large take these matters seriously. The inquiry should be instituted to find out who did what and who knew what and when did they know about it and why did they let it get to live killings? The whole West Gate Mall killing was like a clip out of a Will Smith movie.

(E) KENYANS: The sitting president Uhuru Kenyatta will not go to The Hague Courts – count it on me. The truth always set every individual free and if Uhuru Kenyatta is not found guilty then he will be a free man and he will be at Peace. Remember one of my articles I wrote about 13 people who were in the Mwai Kabaki’s administration who should be called to tell the truth because we have the evidence. I said only 10 will be available but now they have started poisoning others who could be helpful to the inquiry as staunch witnesses.

REMEMBER FEW DAYS AGO: Some Kenyan newspapers tried to give the same information I had tried to alert the Kenyan authorities before about the Westgate Mall attack but they never took it seriously, instead it was left for ritual matters. Can Uhuru Kenyatta remove the band marked with the Kenya flag colors around his left hand next to the wristwatch. These are charm matters which will not last.

(F)KENYANS: Do you all know that Mama Ngina Kenyatta and the former President Daniel Arap Moi are working together to make sure that Kenya go back to the old darkness. They will not let Uhuru Kenyatta be prosecuted at The Hague’s courts no matter what and a good man must have a wife next to him – isn’t it?

(G) Westgate mall becomes the ritual set up for the Jubilee and KANU government to proceed with the ruling? Remember the Westgate scandal has come to be the ICC matter for deferring the cases back to Kenya? How many African presidents have ever been taken to Courts of Law in their own county? The AU is making a big mistake for the deferral matters. As far as we know, it will not work and again ICC is not a market you walk in as you may – it is the Worlds’ justice Court for the Dead and the Victims.

(H)THE IDPs: The timing is not right for giving Land title deeds in Rift Valley while the ICC Court is still in its initial process. The reconciliation should be done by Kenyans through referendum. There is still tension and fear because there is nothing binding the IDPs and other victims. You can’t live in Peace with a neighbor who lost his wife, children, husband and members of their families while in the same neighborhood, other people never did because they were protected. The MPs, the voters and the Churches must come together for repentance, and cleansing by prayers (Gods Prayers and repentance)

(I)Why were the police officers transferred after the Westgate footage was being asked about the truth from the government? President Kenyatta authorized Police Chief to be in commanding before the Army Commander Come on board.

His Excellency the President did a good job to have commanded the head of police forces to be in command, but unfortunately, the president never thought about the Army commander with his commandos coming on board, the two could not work together. The President could have advised all forces to meet and agree on the best strategy that would make them succeed.

There were no consultations on the ground unfortunately. That is why the forces killed one another, there was no ground communication.

I wish Mr. Ruto would know that to resign from the office asap would pave him a way for a better future without going through chest thumping because he still has a string on his neck no matter what.

Uhuru Kenyatta had their own strategy with Kibaki’ administration at the State House and that was their secrete for fixing Ruto. Ruto also had his own strategies that brought Kenya to where it is today. If I were Mr. Ruto, I would live the office and continue with the ICC cases. After that, Kenyans may realize that he is a great man worth being the future president of Kenya with good leadership.

I would wish that Uhuru Kenyatta resigns from the office too asap with honor to become an ordinary Kenyan. It will give him enough time to deal with ICC cases and clear his name first.

INDEED: MOI, KIBAKI, UHURU AND BIWATT – ARE THE ENGINEERS OF KENYAN GENOCIDE TOGETHER WITH THEIR ADMINISTRATION – THERE IS ENOUGH EVIDENCE.

KENYA: AWENDO RESIDENTS WANTS THE AUTHORITY TO STAMP OUT MOTORBIKE ACCIDENTS

Reports Leo Odera Omolo In Awendo TOWN

RESIDENTS of Awendo Town in Migori County have raised complaints against the increased number of Motorcyclists boda Boda operating in the area which have become the source of insecurity and many accidental deaths. They are demanding for the quick intervention of the Prov9ncial Administration and the police authorities because the numbers of deaths caused by these machines have reached the most alarming proportion.

Many deaths in the recent months have occurred in the recent months. These deaths have become the source of worries as a day hardly passed without someone loosing his or her precious lives. Some of the deaths are are caused due to business competition. A number of riders have been killed by their own passengers and their motorbikes stolen by passenger – turned thug.

The residents have also appealed to the government to ensure that the boda boda riders operates only during working hours and strictly not after darkness. Two riders had their throats sit open and killed within a week after the smartly dressed passengers who hired them after darkness turned thugs and killed them in grisly and cold blooded murder.

The two incident took places within SAKWA central. In the first incident, a motorbike rider was hired by a passenger art Dede Market and who wanted to be taken to Ranjira area. But the rider never saw the next light of the day. He was found dead the next day by the roadside with hid motorbike missing.

Two prominent sugar farmers and business have died as the result of motorbike accidents. The first who died was Mzee Nahashon Nyandiga Aloo of Ng’ong’a village in Sakwa South who met his end while traveling from his home to Awendo town.

Mzee Washington Ogweno Otata, a retired medic from Rinya village in Waware sub-location Sakwa East, was killed by a motorbike rider a month ago. Gun toting criminal thugs have also been reported as being ferried into the villages at night by boda boda motor cyclists with intention of committing a felonies..Quite often the motorbike riders whose numbers have tripled in the recent months.

In most cases these riders have no driving licenses and not qualified to ride their machines on the highway. Police traffic manning the feeder and access roads from the rural locations into the town normally allows the riders to ferry extra passengers so that they could earn 100 ij bribes money. Most of the boda boda who are licensed to carry only one passenger do carry between town and three passengers, putting their lives to a great risk. The riders overload their bike, and even some times carrying up two or three passengers instead of one while traffic police only demand 100 for their bribe money.

There are several access and feeder roads which are linking Awendo town with the surrounding rural locations and villages. They included Awendo-Rapogi-Road, Awendo-Mariwa-road, Awendo Kanyimach-road and the Kisii-Migori highway which passes through. On Market days, the traffic policemen mount road barriers and road blocks on these roads as early as 7.30 A.M ,but all these for the purpose of collection but no traffic offenders are booked.

It has been confirmed that close to 500 motorcyclists are operating inside this small farming town and this has become the source of insecurity

KENYA: THE GOVERNMENT IS URGED TO BEEF UP SECURITY POLICE PATROL ALONG THE NANDI-LUO BORDER

Reports Leo Odera Omolo

SECURITY along the Nandi-Luo border should be improved in order to save the lives of people now being killed every night. The situation now calls for urgent action by the higher authorities on both sides of the border to restore peace and calm.

Borders within Muhoroni sub-county is getting worse day by day. The residents have now appealed to the government to beef up police security night patrol. At the same time, politicians, especially MPS who are representing area close to the border area have been asked to hold public meeting and educate their constituents on the importance of living in peace and harmony, and to find the way o f resolving the land disputes amicably.

The people, who are believed to be member of terror gang from Nairobi, last Saturday night raided the small Police post at Ruga near Chemelil and attacked the policemen with arrows, machete and other crude weapons. The gang injured one policeman forcing his colleague to retaliate resulting in the three member of the gang being shot dead. The rest fled and disappeared under the dark cover.

The raid on the police post was staged at about 1.30 AM.

This attack came only a few hours after the revelers in a pub, which is located at Kibigori were forced to take cover following arrow attack by unknown people. Kibigori is an old, but a small town situated along the Kisumu-Nakuru railway line, but on the Kisumu Countryside.

The revelers were mainly a group of school teachers who were returning home after attending the colorful burial of their slain colleague Mr. Abira, the retired former head teacher of Nyakoko School and a Kisumu based businessman. He was shot with an arrow and killed by the Nandi youths two weeks ago. The incident took place when the retired teacher had gone to Chepsweta area to inspect his sugar cane. The deceased was given a warm send off in at the burial which attracted hundreds of friends, well-wishers and relatives at his Kajulu home. His killers have yet to be arrested.

As the teachers were enjoying their refreshment in a small bar, unknown people fired poisoned arrow into the pub. As they run helter-skelter, the bar owner went out to check in the darkness as to what was happening outside. He was shot with the arrow and another man followed suit.

No arrest has been made so far no arrest has been made.

The Kisumu Regional Commissioner Ms Lorna Odero is the only senior government official who has visited the area and preached peace to the two communities. of the border.

On the Nyanza side of the border only Muhoroni MP James OyangoK”oyoo has toured the troubled areas. He told the two warring communities to live in peace. But his Nandi Hill counterpart has yet to be seen in the area. K”Oyoo told the two communities to love one another and live-in peace and harmony.

Sources in both Muhoroni and Chemilil have confided to this writer that the latest flare up which has brought about the insecurity situation along the border between the two communities is abut some old and outstanding land disputes. One community is claiming that farms, owned by large scale farmers and those under the Settlement Schemes, were originally their ancestral land.

Settlement schemes in areas like Muhoroni, Songhor, Koru, Fort-Tennan,Kimwani were opened shortly after independent in 1965.These were the areas previously known as the White Highland, which were large scale mixed farms and belonged to the departed white settlers.
