Grand Regancy; Boycott; The President Is Involved!; Libya to Buy Kenya Refinery

With the revelations that the Director General of Kenya Anti Corruption Commission Mr Aaron Ringera, the Governor of Central Bank Mr Njuguna Ndungu and the Finance Minister Mr Amos Kimunya have conspired to sell Grand Regency Hotel to the Libyan Government, all that Kenyans can do is to immediately boycott doing business with Grand Regency Hotel immediately.

This is what all those who do not believe in corruption must do.

It is very sad that the person we are paying so much to fight graft has become an agent of corrupt mandarins. By the way, Ringera was a thank you token to the lords of graft for having purged from the Judiciary people who could stand firm against the corrupt tendencies of that government that was incoming.

Things get a little bit tricky when the Governor of Central Bank and our Finance Minister decide to become less truthful about the whole saga. The question is, if this guys can be this bold to sell Grand Regency Hotel like they have done, then what can’t they do?

The trio were summoned by Hon Okemo to shed some light to the parliamentary committee and they played games, all the times saying that nothing was amiss. Now that all has been amiss, can we continue to trust these people with those sensitive dockets?

The answer is no. These are thieves, pure and simple.

Kenyans must demand the return of Grand Regency Hotel to the Kenyan Government. And if the Hotel must be sold, then the law must be followed. Not a deal. It was sad watching Kimunya explaining that it was such a sweet deal they could not leave it.

No. It must be the law, not the deal.

If the Hotel is to be auctioned, then it must be so advertised in at least 2 major mass circulation dailies. If it must be sold otherwise, the government must still invite bids from interested parties, and still place the invitation for bids in at least 2 major mass circulation papers.

But if we have to cut deals as a government, then we are surely headed in the wrong direction. Government building will be sold to the best deal cutter, because the deal will be too tempting to be refused, according to Kimunya.

In the whole, this thing stinks, and Kimunya, Ringera and Ndungu have all fallen short of the glory of Kenyans. They must be sacked, arrested and charged accordingly.

No Odhiambo Oketch, boycotting Grand Regency is like putting sanctions on Mugabe. This culture of permissiveness must stop forthwith. We the people of Kenya in the diaspora are empowering you all on the battle front to march to grand regency and conduct a citizen arrest of Kimunya and a take-over. Force the coalition Gov of Raila and Kibaki to reverse this shoddy deal. Let this be the second event when the people will not be cheated, only this time, let us not be fooled by a 50/50 compromise. Unsure the hotel is repossessed by the Kenya Gov 100%.

Dear Majestic People Of Kenya,

My 10th Great grandfather, Ragem predicts that the Grand Regency Hotel will go, and the story will just die a slow death like all other scandals unless:

Kenyans hold the power brokers accountable. This hotel was sold on orders from above. Kimunya is Kibaki’s executor. Kibaki stole the presidential elections and imposed himself president. The level minded people refused to accept the verdict and tthrough Raila, we compromised.

Now Orengo blows the whistle and level headed Kenyans must act again.

Let the people storm Loita Monrovia Street and do not leave until we hear that the sale has been reversed. The Hotel was sold for almost 8 Billion and Kimunya and Kibaki want to pocket 5 billion. Let them give Kenya 15 billion or nothing.Even 8 billion was enough to give each Province 1 billion for development.

Do not just talk, or boycott, ACT. Save our property. They succeeded in execution Goldenberg and Anglo Leasing because there was no tangible property we could hold on to. Please, hold on to Grand Regancey and do not let go. Let all level headed Kenyans say Oyea!

NEWS

People,

Birds of the same feather dont see anything wrong in the manner Amos Kimunya handled the sale of Public Utility – more or so, behind the Minister-in-Charge of Licensing.  What makes it sinister is the way Grand Regency Saga was brought under investigating committee, then suddenly before the public are informed or the Minister for Land and Licensing is aware about the Documentation Transactions taking place, Kimunya has completed sale transactions and acquired Trading License to the Libyan buyer, manouvring through with junior staff of Orengo’s Ministry.  Doesnt this characteristic behavior look scandalous and funny? The Minister is the one responsible to answer questions in Parliament and is in the Administrative Management of public resources. How do they expect Orengo to defend the matter in Parliament and explain to the public if he is unaware of the circumstances to which Grand Regency changed hands?

Or is it because Orengo though a Minister, is ODM and a Luo, so he is not fit to know or be informed?  Or is Public properties for Kikuyus/GEMA’s  to utilize or dispense at will, and every other tribe in Kenya are subsidiary in the event of business involving public utility and investments? Or dont Kenyans have the right to know why and how Kamlesh after corrupting Kenyan Resources and public utility (corruption of high order and robbing Kenyans fabric of survival – Kamlesh charged in Criminal and Civil Cases), was awarded Amnesty in exchange of Grand Regency? Does the Kikuyus/GEMA have a blank check in the ownership of Kenya?  Does The Finance Ministry belong to Kikuyu’s only or Kenya?  Do other Kenyans of 42 tribes have a right to be employed in the Finance Ministry and other Ministries headed by the Kikuyus/GEMA for that matter?  Are they too bold to tell Kenyans on their face they dont matter as long as they are not Kikuyu? Is this Robbery with Violence to unsuspecting majority poor Kenyans?

What an insult, annoying statement from Kimunya and Beth Mugo!!!!!!  Is this a hoodwink, to let hot air pass, so they can continue with their missions as usual like everybody else complaining about Grand Regency is a fool, and do not understand business?  See Beth Mugo’s comments here under……. How dare she and Kimunya insist he Kimunya did a good thing to Kenyans.  To steal public properties from Kenyans, exposing Kenya to a worse corruptible environment scenario – putting pushing the rest poor Kenyans of 99% on a dangerous poverty death bed is a good thing?  What an insult!!!!!  May the whole Kenyans and the world condemn this barbaric brutal blunt betrayal of public service,  trust and resource flight in the name of investmenting for Kenya?

I support Orengo in cancellation of the deal unless Kimunya explains himself sufficiently to Parliament and the public why he evaded the investigating team and went ahead stealthly to finalize the sale deal when he was ordered to stop and go before them.

People want to know.  Beth Mugo needs to explain, if there is nothing fishy why did they transact Grand Regency in a stealthly conning sinister manner?

Thank you,

Orengo should go ahead and cancel the illegal sale of Grand Regency.Kenyans are giving you the neccessary support internationally. We want this animal called corrupt by the high
to be exposed once for all. Kibaki can not take kenyans for aride
with empty promises of fighting corrupting and secretly he is
encouraging deals to benefit only his friends and former collegemates.

Kimunya,Ringera,Ndungu and Kinyua must be arrested for encouraging and maintaining corruption which kenyans have been fighting to reduce.Ringera is a real disgrace to kenya,
taking into account that his committee victimised many good
judges for no apparent. From the start,Ringera had hidden agenda of protecting the gema corrupt gurus and even encouraging them to steal more.

To me i blame our mps who elected a thief to take and investigate early theft.Mps did a shoddy jobs by voting
a thief to head such important position which needs high
standard of morality and ethics. Kenyans are being blinded
by cry of tribalism but the rich are taking all the public property for themselves.Kenyans should unite to get ride of these thieves
whether they are how brothers or not. A thief is a dangerous person even in how home or society. We should contempt theft
    theft.
