I was doing some assignment and came across this bill; According to the Kenya Communications Amendment Bill 2008
Broadcast services should promote the observance at all times, of public interest obligations in all broadcasting categories; protect the right to privacy of all persons it also says

Any person who contravenes this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one million shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.

I wish Agnes knows about this and decides if she can sue Ciku or Classic. I know cheating is bad but hey we are all human and everybody sins as the bible says let he with no sin be the first to cast a sttone.
