Also, now there is an additional way as well. Find / select login (near bottom of 3rd column).. Do the registration procedure. After system reply, as “a contributor” you should be able to log in and choose “write a post”:.

If you choose that second kind of interaction, here are some formatting instructions. They are to permit a moderator to find new submissions.

Choose your post’s title. Place it at the BOTTOM of article’s body, along with time/date, your name as sender of the material.
Given that there is a text line for title, leave it blank.
A moderator will find articles having an automatic sequence number at top, title at end of body, then evaluate those items for publication decision.
