Let Us Clean our Kenya House first

The Grand Coalition Government has left a very serious power vacuum in which looters have their hands on Kenya’s
(1)   Land
(2)   Infrastructures
(3)   Natural Resources
(4)   Treasury
(5)   Other Public properties

The bloated cabinet Ministers  drawing huge monthly  salaries as “figure heads”  seem not to have no clues about the facts surrounding the grand scale corruption that went on prior to December 27, 2007 elections and the turmoil that followed. It looks like the Coalition government was put together without  “RULES OF ENGAGEMENT”. If there were rules of engagement, nobody  would conduct government business unilaterally like sale of Grand Regency by Amos Kimunya. There must be an oversight body drawn from both ODM and PNU conducting business on behalf of the Coalition Government  which is suppose to represent Kenyan citizens.

There has be frequent reference to the “government” by PNU coalition partner. This reference seems to imply that PNU is the “government”. That means, ODM is merely a subsidiary under the that government. How then can ODM claim to be equal partner in this GRAND COALITION GOVERNMENT? There is no coalition if the left hand does no what the right is doing! The means there is a very dangerous power vacuum and poor Kenyans are paying a very hefty prize because they are being leeched dry by the escalating prices and unemployment.

Sales of properties belonging to Kenya must be approved by both PNU and ODM Members if GRAND COALITION GOVERNMENT is worth the paper it is written on. Additionally, there must be an Oversight Committee monitoring legality of every transaction.

must not be allowed unless corruption continuing  or the persons in charge have no powers (figure heads), asleep at the wheels or is part of the continued corruption! This must stop because poor Kenyans are the victims of what is going on.

Kenya is pristine real estate with vast natural resources. If this real estate can be properly managed , may be the slums in Kenya, particularly, Kibera and Mathare can be replaced with better housing for the poor Kenyans living there. May be good roads, water and sewage treatments and employment can be achieved.
