The Chairman of Inter Party Youth Forum in Kenya Noah Joseph Olwero is calling upon the International Criminal Court Prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo to cast his net wide as he seeks justice for Kenya’s Post Election Violence Victims(PEV) and narrow it down on respective leaders and Members of Parliament whose areas goons and gangs were hired to rape,maim,attack and loot members of various tribes who were perceived to have not voted for Prime minister Raila Odinga.

Addressing an international press conference in Kisumu,Olwero who has declared his candidacy for an elective political seat come 2017 in Kenya lamented that former Higher education Minister William Ruto is being seen as the lead perpetrator yet there are leaders within luoland who paid youths to do atrocities who no one is talking about including Ocampo.

“Ruto should not be the only one who is being targeted,well known leaders across nyanza Province paid youths to evict,loot and rape members of other tribes ,why is Ocampo doing this thing selectively, no one talks about them these days as if they are angels”Olwero added.

He further said that youths who were terrorizing members of other tribes are well known as they are seen hanging around Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

“I know of leaders who paid goons and hired gangs to attack membrs f other tribes residing in areas where Raila had overwhelming support ,some of the youths at one point stormed a police station where their leaders were held and orders came that they be released,why were they released and who gave that order in Kisumu?”Olwero popularly known as “Josra”posed.

He also chided the press that right from the onset ODM party was for violence as it nicknamed its top command as “Pentagon”.

“To me Pentagon means where orders to attack countries not dancing to USA tunes is always given,was that the initial plan of that name”he wondered.

during the same press conference,he took a swipe at Prime Minister Raial Odinga saying he has abandoned members of the luo community who were evicted from their places of working and leaving yet other leaders have agitated for their own’s return.

“Uhuru Kenya and William Ruto is making sure that their people are settled and compensated,why is Raila not doing the same” he wondered.

He called on Lands Minister James Orengo to come out clear and tell luo PEVs where the land he was to buy for them went or where the money intended for the same is.
He also added that the government has made it clear that it gave out for the purchase of land to all PEVs and demanded to know from Raila and Orengo who took their shares.

He at the same time called for the auditing of all properties belonging to members of the luo community ,saying there is a plot by a senior politician from luoland to change the properties identity for his own good.
