It is with much regret that we announce the death of Dr. Nicholas Aloice Ongele of Bowie, Maryland USA. He died at Washington Hospital Center, Washington DC on Wednesday November 10th, 2010, after a long battle with cancer.

Dr. Nicholas Ongele, a Psychiatrist in Washington DC, hails from Chiga in Kano, Kisumu District. He was beloved husband to Dr. Eba Ongele, also of the Washington DC region. He was a loving father, guardian and mentor to many. He will be greatly missed by family, friends and the community at large.

Family and friends will be meeting every evening at 12301 Kings Valley Court, Mitchelville, Maryland to condole with the family and to help organize the funeral. The family’s phone number is 301-249-6646.
