KENYA: ANGLO LEASING IS BACK

From: stanley nuguti

The two headed serpent is back. You crush one head and woi…. it emerges using another head.
A contract is an agreement between two parties and any party breaching should stand the looser.
In its present form, the contract between the government and anglo Leasing was sealed then crowned with promissory notes for payment.
implying, the mission had been accomplished and it was now upon the government to pay. This being so, what is all the hullabaloo about? If it is not so, then who signed for payment of un-accomplished agreement terms? On the other hand, why should payment be made for a undelivered service by the anglo party? shouldn’t it be the other way around?

Why did not anglo Leasing wait for payment once all the mission is accomplished instead of the promissory notes or did they mistrust the government? Why is the government so ‘scared’ and bending so low to pay what they know is phantom? 50 billion……… Can’t they go to court?

Somebody help me. There are more questions.
there is an Abunuwasi here to be to have a date with the hangman if i may borrow from the president.
