Mwai Kibbaki feels that they should hold office till they are convicted!! But! Big BUT! How will they allow investigations to be fairly carried out if they wield such mighty government powers the type that are in the hands of Muthaura? The President is of course joking with our lives.
Is it not just the other day that Mutaura unilaterally rejected the Ligale’s constituency report?
President Mwai Kibaki should know that the eyes of the people are the eyes of God!
Ocampo should not allow Kibaki to do this. We need justice so these people should not be allowed to hold office till they are cleared by The Hague.

GREAT AMBASSADOR, PERMANENT SECRETARY AND HEAD OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE
Ambassador Francis Muthaura, who doubles as the Head of Public Service, Secretary of the Cabinet and Permanent Secretary of all permanent secretaries in Kenya praises himself as a loyal worker of the government throughout his career yet he does not know that all the offices he held he did for and on behalf of humble Kenyans.
If he could train administrative police comprised of GEMA youth, in their thousands, arm them and send them incognito to Nyanza and Rift Valley Provinces to protect Kikuyu (GEMA) interest there prior to the December 27 2007 elections, apart from protecting Party of National Unity and yet without realizing it, pays them at the expense of the taxpayers then this man is indeed a very illustrious and loyal civil servant for GEMA and indeed in terms of tribal impunity.
I begin to wonder, whose opinion is ”MANIFREST NONSENSE”, Muthauira’s or Luis Moreno Ocampo’s?
This is an Ambassador who breaks the law of his own country by swearing in Mwai Kibaki at night back to office notwithstanding the fact that he knew clearly that the elections had been stolen from the rightful winner! He is a loyal tribalist indeed!
When this great man openly defies African Union by paying the Prime Minister less than the Vice President for PNU, Kalonzo Musyoka besides ranking Raila Amolo Odinga a cut below PNU’s Vice Paresident(who was not even one of the leaders of the grand coalition) in the pecking order he is shamelessly blind to the fact that he is acting against the wishes of the majority and all this he does in honour of his ethnic ego. It is strange but not surprising that this great man is only capable of seeing evil in Luis Merono Ocampo and not in himself.
We are anxiously awaiting his proof at The Hague that Moreno Ocampo’s accusations against him are indeed ”MANIFEST NONSENSE”!

The soft spot you now see fellows from Central pampering William Ruto is because they noted that they now can use Ruto to destroy the Prime minister!s chance for 2012 Presidency.In 2008 and thereabouts when PNU and ODM were going for one anothers throats, Ruto was always viewed as the one who organised for Kikuyus to be thrown out of Riftvalley.
They have now changed tune to shower him with praises and turn him into a hero selfishly to create a wedge for Raila.Hope William Ruto is seeing all this,if i was him i would hang a round my leader for support instead of being used by this turncoats from central as once they are through with him it will be business as usual as they will go back to their tribal cocoons.
In diplomacy, there is a theory known as vulnerability. It holds that each and every country require another for their basic existence and national interest. You can not have a national interest without the existence of others, and even then your country is composed of humanity which is a single term for every body in the face of the earth. a country which can not feed, protect, provide justice, lacks ideas can not claim to be left alone after killing its own people. Where was our sovereignty when the police, the army, national intelligence and top leadership were when our mothers, daughters, and sisters were being killed and raped? Which sovereignty there is in Kenya, when we can not even provide restitution for victims of all sorts of abuses, only opting to reward the villains for work well done:- killing, maiming, torture and raping even our intelligence. Those in the know and well briefed have it that one who is still talking about sovereignty in the manner and meaning awash in Kenya in not only stunted but requires medical examinations. it is just silly and idiotic to invoke that term especially when only the other day we were running to the international community to come and restore peace for us. Some of us could not even buy airtime, surf internet, eat etc yet today they are the first to claim that sovereignty. Surely, Kenyans stop amusing me?
I have been naive in thinking that Kenya was sovereign state. The corporate war-lords exploiting Kenya and their PNU friends have succeeded in destroying ODM! Yes, ODM is finished! The Prime Minister has been used to effectively dismantle ODM beyond repair! It is said in the Bible:” God will strike the Shepherd and the sheep of the flock will be scattered”, Mathew 26:31.
I understand Mr. Raila went campaigning for Yoweri Kaguta Museveni in Uganda! Yes, that very Museveni who was the last person to see that Sudanese guy, Dr. John Garang, alive before being blown to pieces on his (Museven’s) presidential helicopter!
The western corporate interests are themselves very united (NATO, EU, WORLD BANK), but they cannot tolerate unity in Africa because a united front leave little room for exploitation! This explains why these interests work day and night to undermine the South African ANC leadership, in an attempt to eventually reduce it into tribal groups fighting with each other while exploitation is carried out. That is what Kenya morphed into after KANU was broken to tribal pieces.

Kofi Annan and Moreno Ocampo have never raised their voices regarding the deaths of 10 million unarmed African Congolese at the hands of Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and Paul Kagame. The same corporate supporters of Museveni and Kagame have never found it fit to investigate the two proxies or take them to The Hague for slaughtering 10 million unarmed Africans; but they cannot tolerate the deaths of 1,500 Kenyans and are willing to destabilize Kenya to achieve this end!
The questions Kenyans must ask themselves are: Who owns Kenya? Who is in charge of the whole country called Kenya now? How do the squabbling ODM and PNC members fit in this pecking order? Kenya has a power vacuum, currently being filled by Annan and Ocampo and those who are paying their bill to do that job! Apparently, most Kenyans do not see anything wrong with that arrangement!!!

My take is that while William Ruto genuinely needs Uhuru Kenyatta by his side at The Hague Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta like all of them is not only scheming but also flushing a magic wand (love) at Ruto and the Kalenjin while his eyes are trained on the Great Rift Valley land that they want to grab just as they have now grabbed Central Rift as soon as William Ruto parted company with Raila Amolo Odinga.
Rurto and the Kalenjin be ware of ”The Ides of March”!
For the sake of all Kenyans we need one another so we much live freely and unreservedly honestly trust and respect one another. We do not need thieving unity that we see of late in the new found love between the two poles who are supposed to oppose each other but are doing otherwise.

THE RICH ARE KICKING HARD AT LUIS MORENO OCAMPO AND THE ICC
Delusion of grandeur is fooling the rich people in Kenya who for the last forty seven years formed the Agar Agar for the growth of impunity in the country to think that their money can buy justice at The Hague. As they talk about The Hague’s ICC and Luis Moreno Ocampo they are living with the delusion that the way they have been acting roughshod for the last forty seven years in Kenya in total spite for the deserving poor they can do so with not only the international community, but also the ICC at The Hague.
They are filled with fury, fire and brimstone as they collect millions of Shillings to selectively defend their own warlords threatened by imminent justice at The Hague. Strangely though, William Ruto has not seen the implication of his exclusion in the ”selective fund raising” as his hatred for Raila Amolo Odinga has definitely blinded him altogether. The loss of the Great Rift Valley will definitely open his great eyes.
It is sad when the rich and arrogant powerful are naive. May the ICC at The Hague open their eyes once and for all.
