Wanainchi,

Kenyans in general decided to vote for Raila because of his past records of struggle and his promise that he will lead Kenya and stump out corruption and nepotism. He also promised to deliver the constitution which will assist in Good Governance to Kenyans. Raila is not doing his work as he is expected by Kenyans who voted for him. Raila should not mess this golden chance accorded to a Luo by all Kenyans in ODM. Raila is seen to be compromised and is failing Kenyans who voted for him. He has joined hands with the people who killed thousands of Kenyans and stole ODM leadership and has turned his back on ODM and put ODM members in the cold.

Today many Ministers have been implicated in report that they involved in acts of corruption and genocide. People like Kalonzo Musyoka who used Youth to kill others for political gain, Uhuru Kenyatta who upon being given lists of councillors from the Justice Dept. decided against the Law to appoint people of his own choice, a matter requiring investigation. There are a good number of Ministers who have been given postings and representation in government public office but are expected to be censored for election sins and other corrupt deals and mismanagement they have committed requiring legal action to be instituted on them.

We were expecting Raila to do cleaning in the house to rid the bad crops from the house so Kenya can start on a good footing to root out corruption and other vices.

Secondly, Orengo and Oburu is now suffering consequences from Grand Regency because of leniency and immunity accorded to Kimunya by PM Raila and President Kibaki to float and mix freely and cover his dirty trick by intimidating, eliminating, killing, covering and concealing all sources of truth from the sale of Grand Regency saga. The same tricks are now being used to choose who should hold the docket of the Office of Minister for Finance.

There is no where in law which states that Finance Minister must only come from one PNU even if they dont have a suitable candidate. In law a Deputy or Assistant Minister can always run the office for the Minister in the absence or upon death or upon incidences like this one of Kimunya until such time a suitable candidate is found for 90 days. If the Government fail to find a suitable candidate, then the Assistant is confirmed and the Assistant position will be filled by a new person. This is according to the Registrar of Society and Associations. Let Oburu should not be killed because the Kikuyus want their own tribe to fill this position.

There are a group calling themselves ODM Officials in USA Washington who are fundraising money today for ODM members to stand for Gem Parliamentary seat in waiting. While at the same time, Gem people in USA Washington DC has lost a talented grand child whose fundraising was also being done a stone throw away on the same day. These so called Gem Parliamentary leaders in the waiting could not come to share in grief with other Gem and Kenyans at Shady Grove St. Stephens Catholic Chapel, they decided to divert a group of people of the same community to go for Nyama Choma fundraising while other Kenyans and other Friends including the Kenyan Ambassador’s Officials were at St. Raphael Catholic Church paying their last respect to a Grand Gem child.

How will these so called Gem Leaders in the waiting unite and work for the benefit of Gem people if they cannot use a simple basic common sense to console the family of the bereaved.
