Folks,
ECK is still an infested dog together with the Police of Kenya.
How can they be trusted at any rate? Why didn’t the judiciary system and the parties agree to an independent returning officers? Why were there police presence and interferences? How can the result be free and fare to the ODM whose candidate was gunned down eliminated in a cold blooded scenario to create position vacant so for the PNU to take over? who can accept this kind of manouvre? How can PNU justify this act with an eminent theft of election result of 2007 pact with hooliganism, thuggery and police gear combat infiltrated with Mungiki giving PNU the victory in a hooked jammed coup?
Can Raila step up and order the Minister incharge of Security Saitoti to explain why he let the dogs loose to create chaos and insecurity? Is it so difficult to clean and put new characters staff employees in ECK for purposes of peace and human rights? Why do the Grand Coalition Government want to force International Community to step in and take charge under humanitarian and Human Rights conditions to clean the house? If this happens all of the top leaders stand to loose. Will you please act and act fast, because we cannot afford to let Kenya and its Nationals to fall apart. If force will be the answer that is exactly what will be instituted.
Thanks,
Judy Miriga

PNU jeers at ODM Cabinet threat
BY JUDIE KABERIA
The Party of National Unity has scoffed at a decision by its coalition counterpart Orange Democratic Movement’s that it would complain to the Cabinet about the Kamukunji vote-tallying fiasco.
Addressing the press at the party headquarters Wednesday, Cabinet Minister Beth Mugo and Simon Mbugua who was declared winner in Kamukunji, said their opponents should instead seek legal redress.
“It’s high time ODM (Orange Democratic Movement) learnt how to accept facts and numbers when they face defeat instead of peddling lies and issuing threats and abuses. If they are unsatisfied, they should go to court, taking this issue to the Cabinet is not democracy†said Mugo, adding that the top Executive organ should not be involved in party matters.
Mbugua, on his part, argued that he was the clear winner in the poll, even by the time the tallying exercise was annulled by the Electoral Commission late last year.
He cited a “commanding lead†in the 135 ballot boxes that had been tallied, saying the court only directed the ECK to complete tallying of the remaining 22 boxes.
On Tuesday, ODM Secretary General Professor Anyang’ Nyong’o vowed to raise the Kamukunji issue with the Cabinet, alleging that no re-tallying had been done to determine the winner on Monday.
A number of ODM legislators have also called on their leadership to pull out of the Grand Coalition after the debacle.
But Mugo criticised the calls, saying the coalition was formed to re-unite the country following the crisis earlier this year.
She challenged the ODM leaders should work towards making it a success to ensure the country fully heals and reconciles.

PROGRESSIVE PARTY ALLIANCE-PAUL MUITE
It is now Progressive Party Alliance for Paul Muite. What will it be next? This great lawyer at one time threatened the British High Commissioner with court action when the likes of Chris Murangaru were denied visas to Britain over the Godenberg scandal. This same great lawyer is known for shifting goal posts wherever conditions favour him.
Mr. Paul Muite what justice did you do in asking your electorate to vote for Ken Matiba of FORD ASILI and you for FORD KENYA? As far as you were concerned no votes were to be given to Jaramogi Oginga Odinga by your constituents because he was not circumcised.
What justice both economic and social are you going hand over to Kenyans with the The Progressive Party which will exclude the destructyive tribalism that you believe in by your hstorical action? How are you going to shake tribalism off that made you support Murangaru in the face of callous corruption and theft of state money?
Mr. Muite, Kenyans are not so naive! Why are you not defending the Mungiki in their fight for their CETRAL PROVINCE land grabbed by the homeguards? Why are you not using the law to defend the Kalenjins and the Maasais whose land was grabbed and handed over to Kikuyu homeguards by Jomo Kenyatta if you are indeed interested in economic justice in the country?
DR.ODIDA OKUTHE
will there come a time in kenya when people will stop thinking tribal, mr muite is as much a tribalist as the author (DR.ODIDA OKUTHE) of the above article, talk about throwing stones when living in a glass house .
