Subject: Call for fresh Elections
Dear All,
Its time that Kenyans started thinking of fresh elections so that we have a government with legitimacy and mandate of the people. Kenyans are getting real tired with the bickering between ODM and PNU but also with the lack of listening to their voices by this government called the Grand Coalition. If we are not careful then even Constitutional Reforms that we dearly hold will go through rounds and rounds of circus and we may just go to the 2012 polls without a new Constitution.
Mathaura has become the new President in Kenya without being elected by a single Vote. Note also that this coalition is actually “illigitimate” because Kibaki did not win any election-It was fraud neither Raila-he was rigged out. The only way out of this bickering is fresh elections for fresh mandate from Kenyans. The cost of living is too high for these leaders to overburden Kenyans with all these bickering. First no MP wanna pay their taxes..while Millions of poor Kenyans are paying their taxes. The issue cannot be tackled becuase PNU and ODM are at logger-heads.
Secondly the President closes his eyes to all voices and signs into law a draconian Bill that will be used in 2012 to rig the elections and silence the press. Mark you this is coming if nothing is done by 2012. Just like Kenyans were warned when Kibaki single-handedly picked the Kivuitu Team and they thought it was a joke.People like Amos Wako..Francis Muthaura are big liabilities to this nation and should have taken a walk long time ago so that this great nation can move forward. In all his tenure as the AG what has Amos Wako done that one can write home about? Nothing. Muthaura on the side keep creatung tensions in the coalition-using powers that he doesnt have just because he close to the President and purports to protect the interests of some groups and people.
If Kenyans dont want to go through bickering till 2012 and mark you with bickering there will no development then the only option is calling for fresh elections as soon as possible. But if you want to watch the theartre of the absurd then wait..more is yet to come with the Constitutional Review process and many more Bills coming.Did I tell you that Kimunya will be coming back soon? How can Kimunya be guilty if the President is his mentor and confidant? How can another person be the Minister for Finance if not Kimunya? It has to remain vacant till Kimunya comes back-thats Kenya led by Mwai Kibaki. How can Suleiman Chege be dismissed while he played an important role in making sure that the elections were free and fair and Kibaki declared the President?? How can people like the Chief Justice go while he swore in the President at hard times?
For us to break all these we need fresh elections and a new government that will not carry all the baggage of 2007..It will decisively deal with all these issues without paying back who did what and what for “them” to go through the hardest times ever.Muthaura feels that Chege and the rest must just be around or else his interest and the president interests and some peoples interets wil not be taken care of and he has the constitutional powers lent to him by Mwai Kibaki. We are a country that goes round and round and round and will never move forward if we dont break this cycle.Lets have fresh polls instead of all this bickering and going round in cycles.

Always argue about something you know. Arguing just for the sake of it will make you look like the former foot licker called Lotodolicking Moi’s shoes for nothing but simple ethinic reasons

What is wrong with earning an extra buck if it is not done at anyone’s expense!! I am always reading articles on how, many Kenyans are earning an extra buck besides their full time jobs!! Why is Mutua’s case different? If as a civil servant he is not allowed to earn extra, then what he is doing is certainly wrong. I have never seen any of his so called movies or series or whatever they are labeled, but you have a choice to watch or not to watch!
Problem is we can not always like everyone and not everyone likes me and you! Face it.. we all have skeletons in our closets! and if anyone has evidence, why don’t you come out in the open and talk about it…this forum is not enough and no evidence is given here, and even if it were mentioned in this forum, what good is it for us if no one here is ready to take it further. This is why we never move from point A to B…we always complain about this person and that person, but we never have the courage to produce the evidence to the public!! If anyone has evidence, direct it through the right channels. The hullabaloo here wont do any good!

So when tomorrow the PM decide to be selling groundnut in the streets then you will be happy with it because he will be selling sweet groundnuts? Dr Mutua is a senior government official and in the rank of a PS. There is no reason why he should be doing business openly and raking millions. It means that he is so idle. Or the government should pay him per hour. What time does he have for Golden Dreams and what time does he have fot the government work?
He can use others to run his business but I met him once shooting and directing cobra squad, i wondered what the hell lots of time this guy have. And do you know that the Communication ACT now is trying to fight people running everything. One person having Radio, TV and newspapers.
Why is Dr Mutua government spokesman, realestate owner, Producer, Director, and a very very boring insult spitting machine. Thats also what we should fight and we should not look at it that he is creative.
Creative my ***. How many Kenyans go to NTV, KTN, Royal and even Radio Africa with good productions and dont get a chance because they don’t know anybody? I have been a victim of this and know how hard it is. Why is NMG bosses now baby sitting Mutua while he is sending leaflets and propaganda out fighting them?
The Media must have principles in this country and reject contracts of people like Mutua and his henchmens

If you have grudges with Alfred Mutua, better score them with him and leave his productions alone. I do not watch any of his programs but that does not mean they are bad or anything!
So, suppose they are withdrawn, what happens next: We start watching cheap imports from TZ ….. Jeez ……… I’m comfortable watching Kenyan armatures instead.
Then what happens to the Talent he’s trying to nurture! *Its important that we learn to differentiate between a PERSON** and their **WORK**.*
I speak for myself, not my employer. Contents may be hot, slippery when wet. Reading disclaimers makes you go blind. Writing them is worse. You have been warned!

Kwani who doesnt know Alfred Mutua.
He is an arrogant and very very corrupt person. He is in this forum and if he wantts explanation I am ready to give him on how he acquired houses and land illegally in Kariobangi south and Embakassi areas. Dr Mutua is not someone who can claim to be clean. And NTV must have principles. When Artur brothers were terrorising Kenyans, NTV, KTN, Kiss and other media presenters and journalists were sleeping with them when Pattni who has plundered the country is contantly being given VIP status including in shows like Churchil live.
Where are principles in the media in Kenya. I wonder if any U.S.A. will ever give Madoff VIP status.
The corrupt must be treated like thugs and there is no way you are going to pamper them and expect to have some dignity

Why should the productions be withdrawn? Has he broken any laws? I opine that Dr Mutua has the necessary skills knowledge be experience to produce something that the audience wants, first off being cobra squad. Are we sure that his position in government is what made him to get the contract with NTV?
And also, did he act in any way that is corrupt so that he can get his productions in there? After all, he entertains us, and He’s creating many an opportunities for his cast, and crew. I think he ought to continue with his productions in NTV or any other privately owned station that think his work is good enough for them.

I am writting this mail to ask NTV to remove all productions of this Civil Servant called Dr. Alfred Mutua.
The guy is making money using his positions to secure contracts. Nation Media group must have principle and remove all productions of this man who has been lying to Kenyans. I don’t know if NTV is pleasing this man or what but he must be stopped from lying to Kenyans and getting contracts through his position. His company which is called Golden Dream productions must try KBC but must not be allowed in other private stations
We demand that NTV remove all Golden Touch Productions from our TV
