Nganga my concurs with yours. How do our ODM honourables pass a bill in parlianment and then criticize their own bill. Kenyans we need to rise above this hypocrisy from our politicians. If the bill was against ODM stand, it wouldl never have neared the state house. It would have died at the readings level and the president, however willing, would never have assented. They were happy passing it coz media had got into their nerves coz of taxation issue. Now they want to buy our sympathy and cheating kenyans that they are for us. They are not. They did not use their power of numbers and majority at the right time. All they seek is sympathy.

Subject: Hypocrisy- a virtue in Kenya
Happy new year
Hypocrisy has become a virtue in Kenya. It will ill our dear country
As I write please note
1. I do not support Kibaki on the media bill for the obvious. He has goofed big time.
2. I do not like the holier than thou attitude by Raila and his ODM.They need to explain to Kenyans where they were when the bill sailed through parliament! ODM has the majority in the August house. Can not trust them.
3. I HATE the tribal connotations in this forum in most of the writers ‘arguements’.Its unfortunate this is coming from the elite.I have seen guys defend thieves because they come from their tribes.Kikuyus defended Kimunya (Grand Regency) and Luos defended Kajwang(work permit scandals which persist to date)
4. You all know there is big time rooting going on in the government by ministers and permanent secretaries and their cronies through contracts ..Tell me of one minister who is not stealing!
My advice is humble and simple
1. Stop negative ethinicity. It begins and ends with you
2. Think of electing a young man in 2012 irrespective of tribe.A person of impeccable character
3. Stop protecting the current thieves we have in the current government
