THEY SENT A POLICE HELICOPTER WHICH WAS JUST HOOVERING AROUND DOING NOTHING INSTEAD OF SENDING A FIRE FIGHTING CHOPER. DURING ROBERRIES THEY DONT EVEN SEND THIS CHOPER TO TRACK THR ROBBERS.
