My dear sister Jayne,u r juz as worried as i am.These people are now virtually free and i will tell you what will happen next. They will form a ‘tribunal’.And after forming that tribunal they will politicise it from within. What i mean is,they will start fighting each other from within the tribunal itself and then si tribunal ita fail.Watakuja watuambie that that waki report was bad and they dint support it right from the start. That is why we can see now, people who were opposed to it vile ilitoka now support it,coz they know the game plan. The end result of all this will be that they will be free,no one will touch them and they will be cleared of wrong doings, crucify Justice waki and 2012 vie for presidency and other parliamentary posts.Have you ever asked yourself why terrorist organisations develop and grow?

Hi good people

Am troubled this morning and I beg to ask ”why should policians named in the Waki report having been accused of crimes against humanity and violence that almost tore this country apart countinue to hold office and only required to step aside after investigations have confirmed that they have a case to answer?”

‘DON’T BE VAGUE ASK FOR HAGUE’
What a shame that a Kenyan minister discussing the burning issue of establishing the post elections violence tribunal in Kenya is childishly joking with the beer company advertising the Hague beer instead of talking to ensure injustices and impunity are things of the past. This is not a time for childishness. The death of more than 1113 people should never be joked about, worse in Parliament.
Those who made sure no truth comes out from Tom Mboya’s, Kodhek’s,JMK’S,and Dr. Odhiambo Mbai’s assassinations are still alive and are free in the top positions of government.

With regards to the tribunal only the very mad will be able to investigate their bosses when it comes to the post elections violence. It IS never done and it has never worked anywhere that a junior investigates they bosses who remain put in office.

Why should Kenya be an exception? The Hague is the only way out if the world wants to see justice being done in our country.

It is only recently that the youth who confessed to having shot and killed Dr. Crispin Odhiambo Mbai were released on the grounds that their evidence which was freely volunteered to the police was considered by Murangaru as crude.

What changes have taken place since then, if I may ask?

And to Mr. ‘Don’t Be Vague ask for Hague’ plaese we are moaning and mourning THOSE LOVED ONES WE LOST IN THE POST ELECTIONS VIOLENCE! satop being childish!
