Guys,
What if we just entrench corruption in the constitution so that it becomes Legal. At least we will stop crying about it and we can save the huge sums of money in Millions paid to Ringera and his team as salaries. Definitely you will know that if you want a loan of say 250,000 from any bank or Sacco, you will clearly expect a certain defined percentage to go to the so called facilitators.
Service in any government office at the end you know you will pay shs. 100 so you don’t complain about it at least the service will be fast.
In any case why do we talk of getting rid of what we are deeply involved in. lets make it Legal.
This does not mean am giving in to corruption but if legalized the name will change from corruption to i.e service fee.
What’s your comment.

Corruption is a way of life in Kenya, I agree with you that it is a waste of time and money trying to eliminate it. After all the fanfare of making KACA since time of Harun Mwau, how comes no progress has been made ? We pay those KACA officials millions every month to do nothing, year in year out, yet Kenyans are dying of hunger. Not forgetting the police also fight corruption. Githongo came and went.
Let us also entrench tribalism in the constitution, another evil that will not go away. By doing so, we will have clearly defined these two evils that continue to tear the country apart and hinder progress. It is important to have Kenyans agree on a definition of what is corruption as well as tribalism.
