From the bottom of my heart, I want to tell you that your arrogance will take you nowhere. And let me tell you, you are nobody’s keeper. You can only boast to your wife, children and family. Those are the only people in your world who know what you are worth.

You think that you are the only avenue through which people can use to access Hon. Raila Odinga. Please once again I want to remind you that Gordon Teti do not need you, even for a minute to reach Hon. Raila Odinga. I told you this before when you acted so arrogantly during Raila’s tour of Toronto , and I want to let you know that I do not need anybody’s permission to see and talk to Hon. Raila, leave alone contributing to his campaign kitty. I did it before and I will always do it without anybody’s prodding. To say that you could not expect anybody to have issued the drafts in Kenya shillings begs the question: Why not?

We, those who contributed, willingly and what we could afford, from Winnipeg, would have been very stupid to stoop that low to send our contributions through your own Bank Account as you had misadvised. What was wrong with channeling our “worthless” contribution directly to the recipient who was in Kenya and Kenyan currency?

To term the contribution that we made to Hon. Raila’s campaign kitty as worthless shows how useless you are. I think Hon. Raila Odinga does not need people like you around him at this hour when everybody, including the worthless contributors are needed on board.

This is my personal reaction from your stupid e-mail. Please, stop communicating to me, whatsoever. I do not need any lessons from Miguna Miguna. A coward who fled Kenya when men were fighting for the second liberation.

Further to my earlier email to you, Dave’s email of today and my telephone discussions with Dave earlier today, I am writing to apologize for the inconvenience you have gone through in processing the Drafts that were issued by Gordon Teti, Julias Oyugi and Isaac Gwendo of Winnipeg.

I did not realize, until after you had received the funds, that they were in Kenya Shillings. I automatically assumed (I now realize that my assumption was mistaken) that the three Drafts were in Canadian instruments. I honestly could not have expected that anyone would have issued the drafts in Kenya Shillings from Canada!

Had I noticed that earlier, I can assure you that I would not have sent them to you and we would have avoided the inevitable inconvenience and having to pay more to process the drafts than they were worth.

In the end, you have received nothing, but forced to spend time and money on what now are worthless pieces of paper.

Unfortunately, I was not involved in the issuing of the drafts. Notwithstanding that, however, I can see no justification for the Winnipeg Team to have done that.

I hope and expect that nothing like this repeats itself.
