You cannot by any standards compare PM Raila with President Obama, they are so diverse and the two are not compartible in essence acumen for leadership.
President Obama is an annointed man in a mission for Peace and Unity of common good for all irrespective of who is who, he listens to the cries of the poor and share the pain by sacrificing himself in LOVE to achieve Peace and Unity for all……….he has no sneaky agenda, he is transparent, he sticks and does what he promised to the people, he is a man of the people, he respects Public Mandate and lives up to value and virtue of statemanship in Leadership Responsibility, Dignity and Integrity. President Obama Cares and respects Human Rights concerns, where he strives to provide a balance for survival between the rich and the poor. He puts his life on line to save life irrespective of Nationality, class, colour or race, so to avoid unneccessary human pain and sufferings, as well as avoid acts that could pause or cause catastrophic danger to human kind. He believes in a United Global Peace and Unity for common good of all in a balanced fashion, the fair Give and Take Partnership prospects for a better future for all. He believes in Faith, trusting that, with availability of conducive environment to CHANGE under good governance of democratic rulership with Just Rule of Law, all people, poor and rich, if united for a good cause for humanity, are able to meet challenges of Global competition without conflict of interest, or over-burden the poor to ultimate Poverty Death- Bed……
You cannot equate the above with PM Raila who is sneaky, greedy, self-centred, corrupt and not transparent, does not like to work with intellectuals or professionals to achieve good results for progressive development, does not keep his political promises for public mandate in the National Reform Agenda, does not believe in New Constitution or Majimbo Federalism instead to curtail public trust, works behind the curtain with enemies of public to scuttle Reform Agenda through his boot soldiers both inside and outside to derrail Public faith, faith and confidence, maneuvering activities that are causing untold human sufferings and pain, including loss of lives, largely to the majority people of Greater Luo Nyanza through ripping off their resource and wealth for himself.
Miguna Miguna is a professional on hire who was entrusted to provide a balanced legal advice for Unity of Purpose in the Coalition Government under Prime Minister Office. Within the Legal framework, he had a duty to sieve the Grain from the Chaff, believing in Public mandate and the delivery of the National Reform Agenda in a timely basis………
Therefore to equate the two, I can probably give ratings according to service performance,
Thus:-
PM Raila…….”F”…..meaning he has FAILED…….
President Obama……..”A” +
Miguna Miguna………..Average …..”B” simply, he should have been more vocal with an open exchange of information forum Baraza (town house discussion forum) for public communication in PM Raila’s office, to share open dialogue.
Someone who have failed in performance ratings is not competitive and cannot deliver service to public sustainably therefore, PM Raila MUST BE SENT HOME………..!
