The position is more significant presently in the current implementation of the Devolution.
Advisory or not, the New Constitution has not taken root or developed teeth, because the New Constitution is not operational as yet…….So the post of Attorney General as is now is very important and can be used by Uhuru with their corrupt to scuttle the Implementation of
the Reform Agenda of the New Constitution.
Uhuru, Kibaki and Raila want to derail the New Constitution from taking effect and so they believe, Githu Muigai is their score card who they anticipate, will block Hague factor from taking effect.

Prof Muigai is a political mole, at best. If anything he works for the system- powers that be. There’s a plot by fat cats to try and scuttle the course of justice. Muigai is playing the horse–it is all vanity. Humanity is plagued with chronic forgetfulness… let them ask Ibrahim Babangida…Former Zaire President..about his power, wealth, diamond, divisive politics and wars. And Morocco was a disgrace- he was buried a pauper. Only 4 people attended his burial. Not any family member was around despite colossal wealth they controlled. In short, money or power or position is not an end in itself. The universe is the fairest in paying back. Lets pray for Judge Universe to conspire a just theory.
