from Tebiti Oisaboke

Ralph for Prezzie? Has he been deployed by the Mt. Kenya Mafiosos to politically dilute the Nyundo in Luo land? That is like Daudi declaring war to Goliath the warrior.

Ironically, Luoland has remained the only region that still practices and protects one-party political system.
Let’s open up the region to competitive politics which has remained foreign despite local leadership having fought for multiparty democracy. And with democracy demanding freedom of association and of choice and allowing contest for elective seats to interested parties and everyone possessing own voting document to choose among contestants, politics of intimidation and blackmail must be rejected.
Let us not close the political arena as though it were meant for the same few. It’s up to the candidates to demonstrate what their leadership is about through visible deeds and the deserving one in whichever elective posts will earn the seat! After all competition means development.

Tebiti, remember that David slew Goliath! Tuju maybe just a stooge, lets see where this leads. Declaring is another thing but actually going all the way is the main test. If he is in G7 which is an already crowded field, wacha tuone how he is going to wriggle his way through

Mr.Tuju is fit to be Kenya’s next president. He of the saseni greeting can lead this country to greater heights.

Omondi, under which tree did the Luos sit to decide to support one party? Let those who want to offer alternative leadership put their offer on the table instead of crying wolf. The Luos generally prefer selfless and fearless people who would hold the bulls by their horns when fighting for the common good. This is one reason almost all of them are supporting Raila. The day another person would display such fearlessness and selflessness, you will see how massive the support would be. Forget about the Tuju’s who when Kenya was burning in 2008, were busy underminig the national accord? When Raila was in the frontline fighting for a new constitutional dispensation, Tuju was comfortable in Harambee house.

There is more that lies beyond Tuju’s sheng’, whether He is a G-7 toy, Ido not know and I do not care. All I do understand is that he has the constitutional rights to run for the seat, winning and vying are two words with very parallel meanings.
Let him do it, if he believes in himself, no one should blow off his candle just because Jakom is also in the race.
