Tomorrow All Kenyans wait with crossed fingers if Hon Uhuru will increase VAT tax,etc
I will be keenly watching oh how we will raise money around 109 Billions to fund govt needs I will want him to ask Ksh 100 Billions from local markets but tie this amount on key developments programes and NOT salaries allowances.

Let Uhuru borrow Ksh 100 Billions to support Kazi-Kwa Vijana Initiatives Buy of lands to settle IDPs,Buy machineries to help coconut farming, buy machinery to start small scale hydro power thinsg that are tangible and can raise more resources which he can tax too through indirect taxes like VAT

Inflation and interest rates will go up but we should also not reject to support Hon Uhuru to borrow heavily to support development programe I hope we wont allow some treasury mandarins to steal such funds
