I believe you have your right and freedom of speech, and I respect that, but collectively we have a duty and responsibility to improve our life style and destiny in a secure progressive manner through dialogue and debate….We must be objective…….

It is for this reason why this Presidential position require a responsible Leader, and thus, it has become a thing that has attracted contest. We need more candidates to come out, not just Raila……..

For us to move forward as a united group sharing common interests and values, we have the honor to debate, check pros and cons to determine suitability for the next person we wish to honor the crown of leadership.

We have taken stock of what is ailing our inability to achieve our potential expectation, our needs and demands to be met on time in a sustainable manner, is the reason why we are shopping for the best candidate to fill the position of the Next President of Kenya.

We have noted with concern that Transparency and Accountability has not been observed as required. It is the reason why continued corruption, graft and impunity has eaten away the fundamental fabric of our survival. We have keenly noted and established that, year in year out, we have the same people occupying places of leadership who eventually formed a bond of Special Interest united as a family. They are a group of corrupt cartels, who are by all means determined to control and stay in power by hocks or crooks. They control Government and take leadership as their preserve Rights. It is in this concept, they engage in backroom deals to swindle Public taxpayer money and compromise Government services, utilities and facilities for self-centeredness with accumulation of wealth shared with their connection of special interest where they defraud and steal from public coffer. The accumulation of DEBT then recorded in Budget deficit is placed on the shoulder of the public…….paid by their life and blood………This is criminal theft……….

We have come a long way and have decided enough is enough. We will not play Mickey Mouse but hit straight on our target for true justice.

Specifically, I will give you just 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, points why Raila is the wheeler dealer against the Luo Community’s sustainable progressive development, and is the reason why PM Raila does not want National Reform Agenda for a Devolution Majimbo/Federal Governance to take effect. PM Raila knows he acquired his wealth corruptly, he knows he had colluded with Moi for Molasses……..the reason why he has backroom deals with Kibaki, Uhuru and Moi, a shared common bond of agreement to defraud and impoverish the Luo Nyanza to their death-bed……….Yala Swamp and many others untouchable cases can only be solve at ICC Hague……….

Luo Nyanza are naturally born democratic, very persevering and can braze long suffering to sacrifice for what is best for the Community. They are loving and very friendly with the best brains you can possibly imagine. I am at pain why these brains are not made use of to improve lives with National economic stability considering the type of wealth Kenya has. It is this reason in particular why I have a problem with both Raila and Kibaki as Principle leaders in the coalition Government, the reason why they are not Reformists even with a bonus chance, and why Raila is a very bad person indeed.

1) PM Raila in their backroom deals decided that the best development agenda focus for 2030 for Luo Community in the Government Budget fund, where millions were disbursed, was to Pay Chinese to invest in harvesting Luos’ “Top Skin”, ……(this was a slap on the face) in otherwords he does not want Greater Luo Nyanza to participate in sustainable development agenda for progress and prosper in Agriculture and in Global Partnership for Emerging Markets. Instead, he hold them hostages in his backroom deals. Surprise to many, Raila’s best bargain for Luo Community Development are those in the South of Human Industrial Area……

Reason for this is so he can remain in power and control the whole of Luo Community’s wealth to benefit himself with his family. I am dumbfounded how this project proposal was going to provide sustainability of food and education to meet challenges and competition and provide for survival. This I found hard and impossible to understand…..because, by 2030 if things go according to Raila plan, the backroom deals, there will be no more survival or existence of the Luo Community in Luo Nyanza Kenya or anywhere in and around Lake Victoria, Migingo, Ugingo and River Nile……..done deal……….He will have achieve his agenda Goals through man-made strategic plan by subjecting humanity to marginalization and intimidation, excessive frustration, pain and long suffering with systematic extermination through assassinations.

2) Raila & Cartels in the Coalition Government does not respect, honor, value or treat humanity with dignity. Failure of economic development is as a result of not engaging responsible qualities to render public service in a Professional organized manner for good Development progress and poverty eradication. They both engage in “Intellectual Property Thieving” against ethics of Good Democratic Governance, without Transparency and Accountability , but busy squandering Public Funds & Resource, as well as Government and Public utilities and facilities to the detrimental of masses of human sufferings.

3) PM Raila colluded with Moi to rob the people of Greater Luo Nyanza Molasses and fair utilization of Community Land in and around Lake Victoria…..where Mutual understanding for “give and take” was not reach under partnership utilization for investment development BUT instead he transferred the same to family interest and control.

4) We have proved also that PM Raila is incompetent in matters pertaining to Public Leadership. He does not have qualities of good leadership that can unite for better prospects. It has been noted from the way they both failed time and again to do the right thing, in their Way-Forward in the Coalition Government with Kibaki, unless they are pushed by voices of reasons from the Civil Society. They are always busy dilly dallying in the backroom dealings to access quick money for special interest. They both failed to delegate services to qualified personnel for quality service delivery according to public mandate.

5) PM Raila’s prescription to Leadership is a lopsided Divide and Rule strategy which is not good or healthy for a progressive diverse Nation like Kenya, but a very good prescription for corruption, graft and Impunity.

In my own opinion, I believe PM Raila has reasonable cause to face ICC Hague…….It is with the best interest and intentions for Peace and Unity for common good of all that Kenya must urgently adopt CHANGE with opportunity for a fresh start, if we have to realize real true Democracy in a fair development agenda for success. Therefore, those found wanting or have a case to answer on charges for violation and crime against humanity or are found to have colluded to unfairly infringe, defraud and deny people a honorable dignified and responsible livelihood for survival have a case to answer at the ICC Hague without prejudice.

Tuju and Oduya have a Right and Freedom of speech and association, it is with freedom to speak and associate that people are able to dialogue and find answers to difficult problems…….it is here problems can be identified and fixed amicably……..it is with challenging of opinions that a prospective candidate can be found who is capable to provide a long term solution to development agenda to an ailing Nation like Kenya. It is at this point leaders rotate when challenged, so that services can be delivered effectively. It is by changing new leadership why corruption, graft and impunity to include poverty can be eradicated from the face of Kenya and from other African leadership.

Oto, Why do you fear if Judy, Oduya or Tuju stand to challenge PM Raila for Presidency………I think it is very healthy and a wise thing to do. Just let freedom of speech and association submerge for the change we all want. It will provide knowledge and an insight to many who will begin to see things differently and understand the importance and value of Devolution, Federal Government and every voter will equally understand the value to vote a suitable Responsible people with integrity in public Office…….they will understand why vetting out those with questionable characters is important and critical for benefit of Peace and Unity and common interest in Love for all progressive Kenyans.

To be free from bondage of corruption, graft and impunity, there is no other way except, Justice must be done, suspects of those who violated or committed crimes against humanity one way or the other, have a place to clear themselves at ICC Hague……It is the Truth that shall Set Us all Free ……………
