The apparent manipulation and the continual conspiracy of Mr Kofii Annan and the Kenya PM Raila Odinga to avoid the Kenya post election perpetrators to be charged at the “The Hague”, ICC, is conspiracy to pervert the course of justice for the helpless Kenyans who died or lost their love ones in the post-election violence.

The continual threats and killings of the dissident voices has rendered the detailed, convincing and overwhelming evidences collected by Waki and Prof Philip Alston on the Extra-Judiciary killings by the police death squads useless, since the main perpetrators ( Police Commissioner Ali and AG Wako) are still in government.

This can be confirmed by the recent assassination threats to disgruntled MP’s ( Hon Imanyara, & Dr Khalwale ) and the murder of University Don, Prof Kenya, and therefore the Police death squad still operates with explicit orders from Coalition Government and are still free to kill at will. The ODM leadership in the current ICC debate is questionable.

Millions of Kenyans are living under dehumanised conditions and are heavily being taxed to maintain the lucrative reckless lifestyle of the government ministers and parliamentarians; this is an act of economical plunder and must be treated as an extension of economical crime.

The current coalition government does not have political will to persecute the past and the ongoing extra-judicial killings in the country; neither do they have concern about the very many Kenyans still living as (IDP’s) in and outside the country.

The idea of commissioning a new constitution experts is mere nostrum, and waste of tax payers and donor funds.This is actually a desperate move of power hungry political tyrant’s tactics to keep hanging unto power through twist and turn of political gimmicks.

Mr Kofi Annan respect the voice of the people of Kenya and stop blocking the justice by voluntary forward all the names of the proprietors to the ICC or risked being accused of blocking the justice and misuse of power, causing unprecedented suffering and deaths of Kenyans.
