If the rich and mighty could use mental sickness as a defense to murder cases, just as the white dudes do in America, what defense will poor will the poor folks use? Poor folks can’t afford to compromise a psychiatrist for a fake medical report. Not even use child abuse aftermath conditions. We are several years away from getting equal justice in Kenya. The rich and powerful will always slaughter us like chicken and buy out their freedom. Remember Julius Ole Sunkuli who murdered Ft. Kaiser!! Where is he these days? The dude is Kenya’s ambassador to China. Wacha wewe, Mambo bado!! CJ Dr. Munyuoki M. has an uphill task to bring justice to the common man in Kenya. Sister Mercy C. Keino’s murder is still a mystery. The culprits are still walking and enjoying freedom in and out of the Nairobi streets. The two weeks we were promised by DDP Kiraiku for a comprehensive investigations report has turned out to be six months and more to come.
