Chris, Dr. Abonyo or whatever your true name is.
Once you were about to come out of the closet and declare your interest to gunner for the biggest political price in Kenya – the presidency. What happened? Is it because your reverse psychology has not worked to weaken your needelessly feared opponents?
Really, I am not happy with Raila’s way of politics presently though his non-confrontational approach is bearing fruit. I would’ve rather Raila antagonized Kibaki, and even decline sharing power. My approval rating would have been 100% if sat with the opposition. But Raila, though you view him as geriatric already, is smarter than you and me. There is a new way of doing politics and you want Raila to stagnate in the old ways.
Even Obama whom we both admire is on record as to willing to sit and negotiate with Korea, Iran and Venezuaela.
So, what is really wrong in Railas’ picture with Obama’s appearing in the Kenyan press?
When Kibaki had stolen the election (and I am sure you agree this fact) and was fighting for legitimacy, by appearing in the AU session in Ethiopia, I am sure it was fair game to you, right?
Again why would a photo opportunity to help bestowe Prime Minister Raila’s legitimacy on the world poster board? Let me tell you something Chris.
I am a Raila supporter (currently my approval rating for him is at 55%) and am critic as well. You ask what the purpose of that photo opportunity and it’s subsequent publicatiion in the Daily Nation and The Standard was for. Well, I will tell you in simple terms.
Raila was telling the world and especially the peace loving Kenyan’s that “Musibabaike Kenya. I am not in the Waki envelope. Can’t you see? Obama cannot risk posing with me and risk tainting his reputation, and Moreso, ruin his chances in the next election. I was vetted and found clean already, tho!”
Chris, sometimes before you post, test your hypothesis by looking at matters the unusual way, will you?

Given that Kibaki has made all the Kenyan civil servants to sign the secrets oath binding them not to leak government secrets with effect from January this year,how will Luis Moreno Ocampo obtain evidence against the perpetrators of the post 27 December 2007 presidential elections violence?
Kibaki’s letter protesting to the USA president, Barack Obama is godsend as it confirms the impunity in his government with him at the top.Period!
Michuki and Ogega’s walk out on Raila Odinga as he gave a frunk lecture on good governance at Harvard University too is godsend.
Did I hear Michuki give orders to the police to shoot to kill during the post elections violence? Did I also hear him ordering out of Kenya the likes of Ramaphosa, Kufuor, and Bishop Tutu saying ”we do not need
them” as his police shot and killed more than 1000 innocent unarmed God’s people?
What else does the world, the ICC Kenyans need to prove there is impunity in the Kenyan government, after liestening to Amos Wako’s ”the Parliament’s rejection of re-appointment of Aaron Ringera is useless”rejoinder, Aaron Ringera’s refusal to resign upon the authority of Parliament notwithstanding public demand, Kibaki’s outburst to President Obama?
The boss has confirmed it loud and clear that the Kenyan government breeds on impunity. Period!
Could Luis Moreno Ocampo provide us with an open line and email for the speedy supply of evidence now that he knows the godfather of impunity.

It is Kibaki who is the Godfather of impunity. Kenya will not get new constitution unless Kibaki is treated roughly the way Ambassador Smith Hemstone treated Moi. It is rough treatments which these dictators understand. Without the application of rough political treatment by Ambassador Smith Hemstone ,Kenyans would not changed to multiparty constitution.
Moi and people like Kibaki who were in Kenyatta cabinet were used to western protection with very little regards to Kenyans. Moi through ignorance never knew the political change which Reagan introduced after the cold war.
Kibaki, like Moi is not a ware of new political change which is current.
Therefore,Ambassador Reinburger is just doing what the international community is keen to implement and experiment with Kenya.
This time Kenya has no escape route at all since Kibaki is playing a game where players are more knowledgeable and practical. Ambassador Reinburger is not the one of Kibaki first government. Kibaki should speed up the reforms because he was the cause of the crisis by planning and rigging the general elections.
