Naomi,
You are sighting a case like that of John Edwards campaign Aide mistress who finally became pregnant of John’s child, is illegal and immoraly unacceptable.
When you are hired as Aide in political campaigns, it is like any other job. It does not guarantee you to own the man or woman because of an act of sex. Campaign is part of a job which displays character and discipline of a person. Political campaign like any other job, require moral uprightnessis and it is not a certificate for marriage. People must demonstrate maturity in discipline and character. It is not a sex theatre or sex galore for making mistresshood. For this, I do not lack sensitivity on the part of Mary Wamboi’s rights. She is wrong, she has ZERO right over Kibaki and is immoral.
Customary or no customary, if she came after Kibaki was already wedded to Lucy, what she committed is corruption.
If Cidi you are trying to trample on Lucy’s right by bringing the subject to Parliament on behalf of Mary Wamboi, let it be known that you will fail misserably and that you will never see the inside of Parliament come next election. Many homes are have destroyed by such hook-up mistresses gold diggers. Many women will see you as a threat to establishment of steady homes.
1) I dont recognize Mary Wamboi as Kibaki’s second wife. It is unjust and is against marriage oath and commitment between Kibaki and Lucy.
2) If Mary Wamboi is enjoying State Security, Kibaki must be charged for violating and abusing Public Office for his illegal love affairs ‘Strangelove’and must be made to pay for it.
3) Mary Wamboi has no RIGHT over Kibaki, she is a crooked thief and she belongs to jail.
4) Kibaki therefore failed to demonstrate good leadership discipline with integrity if he was not able to protect his marriage from strangelove promiscuity. He should know better … All campaigners are not mistresses, it is a respected profession.
Lucy Kibaki should see me on this one and Kibaki needs to straighten up or he be charged with loose character to strangelove promiscuity with intent to causing heartache, mental anguish, pain, family squables and conflicts, this is inclusively with violation, misuse, and abuse of public facilities, utilities and resources of public taxpayer….!!!!!!!
In any responsible qualities of good leadership, family is put first……Mistresses are unheard-off. Kibaki must be made to pay for this one……..and Rights of women in the Domestic Family must be protected, respected and revered.
It is in a family’s nuclea home establishment where responsible future leaders, great scientists, achievers and accomplishers are moulded. Peace, Unity and Love in family homes must be guaranteed. It is a symbol of hope. It is our roots that we are identified with, and it must be preserved and nurtured to represent our destiny in diversity………
Cheers……!!!

Judy
You are right of Course as far as Lucy Kibaki’s rights are concerned but am appalled at your luck of sensitivity on the part of Mary Wamboi’s rights.
Are you aware that she is actually Kibaki’s second wife by customary law? How about the State security she enjoys from him. Oh and we are told she was there for Kibaki during all campaign periods when Lucy was not! Ask people from Central province about those two and you will see that Kibaki is answerable.
Tell me Judy, do you think Mary Wambui went to Harambee House uninvited by Kibaki? That the Security Guard lost his job notwithstanding. Thank God justice was done and the poor chap was deployed to look after guns!
Even if Mary was Mpango wa. Kando she has her rights.
Like I said earlier, I intend to table a Bill that will protect single mothers and reign in irresponsible Kenyans, men and/ or women that ignore and are insensitive to peoples rights especially as far as child support and inheritance is concerned.
Naomi.

Naomi,
Over Kibaki, Wambui has no right, zero. She is an illegal intruder and a spoiler.
She has violated and abused human rights of Lucy under Civil
Rights For Common Law……She should leave Lucy alone and let peace thrive in that home. For those who want ten or twenty wives, they should not go for weddings. They should know Weddings are based on a bond that MUST not be broken. It is a legally binding Law and is automatically clear.
If Lucy and Kibaki have to break their marriage bond, there must be a convincing ground for that divorce, which Lucy has and which will free them and it is at this moment that the man and woman are free to look elsewhere for another suitor or partner. Wedded couples interests are protected under obligation of Marriage Act
Certification and it must be adhered to by both the Rulling Government and Faith
Based Institution of which it was delivered under Marriage Bond Act. This Law must recognize and protect interest of both parties engaged as sealed in that Faith
Marriage Certification without faultering. It is held legally binding until broken by a divorce. Everything that Lucy and Kibaki possesses in this marriage tennure are secured under custodianship of Lucy as the officially genuine recognized wife and not some sort of concubines.
Lucy has the right to sue Kibaki and leave him at peace with his Wambui (if that is where his heart is) as dry as a dry leaf that has no value, so she can move on with her life. If Wambui wants Kibaki so badly, that is the time she should go for him.
If I am Lucy, I will not be worried. She should look forward to a comfortable Golden free heatache environment in her finishing line towards her remaining years, as the Law is on her side. Lucy has her grandchildren to invest for……So Lucy’s interest count will be prioritized first upon Kibaki’s retirements.
Eh! ya nini kusumbuana na ma-gold diggers…….Gold diggers are so corrupt, they are not after the marriage, they are after what Kibaki has in his pocket……remember, Wambui is the reason for “Artur Brothers”……..Kama ni mbaya, wacha ikuwe mbaya…. who says Lucy has no right? Everyone has rights to protect their rights……..No Sweat…… Life goes on bwana……..!!!………
For this one, I will support Lucy Kibaki mpaka mwisho……..!!! Lucy did not force Kibaki to marry her……….wacheni upuzi……..Lucy will win this case big………
Cheers !!!

Good Maryann,
Lucy’s dignity and rights must be respected and observed by all irrespectively.
Here Lister ameteleza. Lucy Kibaki has all rights to use her authority to keep checks and balances over her special personal and domestic matters. Remember Lucy Kibaki was officially wedded to Kibaki, she was not picked from the street.
Kitili Mwendwa should be relieved from his job completely let alone waiting for a deployment. Deployment to where? There is no public job to be given him over taxpayer account. This Kitili failed to observe and respect Lucy’s rights for dignity in respecting her marriage. No one has right to call themselves Mrs. Kibaki when Lucy has not offered Kibaki a divorce where Kibaki has a vacancy for another marriage.
It is illegal and against the law and by all means unacceptable.
As a voice of reason, I concur with what Lucy Kibaki did, she is right here and I fully support her actions. This Mary Wambui illegally crossed boarders and is fooling with someones marriage which is unacceptable. The law should catch up with her. Her behavior is viewed as causing mental anguish and disturbances to Lucy’s marriage and all good people must condemn Mary Wambui with Kitili Mwendwa very strongly for interferring with Lucy’s marriage causing disturbance of peace.
For this one I am ready to go with Lucy Kibaki all the way for justice to be seen to be done. It is totally an abuse with intention to causing domestic quarells with unwarranted heartache to Lucy. The Law must protect all equally without discrimination of any sort.
This is violation and abuse of rights and Kibaki asisumbue Lucy, ajue, Lucy anaweza kumshtaki at the Court of Law and Kibaki will find himself on the bad side of the Law.
Let us all keep a watchful eye for Lucy against such intruders……hii ni madharau…..
Cheers everybody……..!!!

Lister Nyaringo,
Now you are being petty and a cheap thinker, was Lucy born in State house? she has just been there for less than 10 years. and so NOTHING will happen when time comes for her to leave.

First lady Lucy Kibaki, isn’t even aware that in less that a year they will cease to tenants in State House. I wonder what will happen with Lucy on the day they will vacate the house and during handing over!

“Presidential Escort Commandant, Kitili Mwendwa Has Been Banned From Setting Foot In Statehouse After Allowing Mary Wambui To Meet Kibaki” Kiss TV ReportsKenyans have been wondering why the silence by first lady Lucy Kibaki. For many months, she has not been seen in public and she even missed her own brother’s funeral. That was uncharacteristic of Lucy during Kibaki’s first term, where she would accompany him everywhere. Events that happened last week now provide reasons to believe that Lucy is well in State House.
Over the years, Several people who have crossed the first lady’s path have been attacked mercilessly. Her Nation House ‘raid’ is still fresh in Kenyans minds. She decided to camp in their studios deep in the night awaiting the writer of an article portraying her in bad light. During the commotion, a KTN camera man received Lucy’s wrath when he decided to ‘take her photos’.
There was also a time she went shopping in a beauty shop in Nairobi’s Central Business District, attracting a huge crowd.
The late Prof. George Saitoti was also a recipient of Lucy’s wrath. When the late internal security minister told people to take the Sachangwan oil tragedy as a lesson, Lucy was blazing, wondering how dead people can learn a lesson.
There was a time Lucy failed to greet State House comptroller Matere Keriri, when her plane landed despite Keriri having his hand outstretched. Gitobu Imanyara has also experienced the first lady’s wrath, when he was slapped along the corridors of State House.
The one word that leaves Lucy fuming is Mary Wambui. Together with the president, Lucy came out on TV to declare she was the only wife of Mwai Kibaki. Kibaki said that he has only one dear wife. Paul Muite was this time on the receiving end.
At one time, Mary Wambui signed a condolence book as ‘Her excellency’. The next day, her state security was withdrawn.
During a Jamhuri Day’s State House ceremony, the presiding MC referred to Lucy Kibaki as Lucy Wambui. A furious Lucy rushed to the podium and gave him a good slap. TV Camera men were forced to delete that clip.
Mary Wambui is now at the center of another Lucy Kibaki classic fury. KISS TV is reporting that Presidential Escort Commandant, Kitili Mwendwa, has been relieved off duties after a confrontation with the first lady. The station said that Lucy was furious at the security chief for letting Mary Wambui meet Kibaki at his Harambee House office last week. It is not clear how Lucy got the info, but Kitili had no ‘reasonable’ explanation as to what the woman widely believed to be Kibaki’s second wife and safely assumed to be Lucy’s number 1 enemy was doing in Kibaki’s office. He tried to calm her but it amounted to nothing. He was banned from getting anywhere near State House.
Kitili spent Monday at Vigilance House, perhaps waiting for his next deployment. He was not part of Kibaki’s security detail that accompanied him to Burundi.
Additional Reporting By KISS TV.

Judy,
The Law was made for man and not man for the law.
It doesn’t matter what the law says, because you cannot legislate morality no matter how hard you try.
What should matter is what makes the man and woman happy. Maybe there’s something Wams has to offer the man which Lucky doesn’t, or which Lucky is too tired to provide.
Doesn’t the man have rights too, eg a right to enjoy good things that the good Lord has made available?
