Humble greetings.
Following the rampant corruption dealings by Mayor of Nairobi and Muthurwa Shauri-Moyo area Councillor route operators,conductors and groups working at countrybus have today given a 5 days notice to Prime Minister and Minister of Local Governement a five(5) Notice to institute investigations on misuse of Public Office by the said leaders.
Disgruntled people and groups have pointed out the involvement of the Mayor City of Nairobi the area councillor in collaboration with a cartel working at countrybus have been illegally selling the recently constructed modern kiosks,leaving out the intended beneficiaries.
Kitty for Countrybus Station blast victims amounting to 1.2 Million has disappeared and the victims are not able to trace the funds.

A FIVE (5) DAYS ULTIMATUM .
Greetings.
Today Friday July 13, 2012 the Matatu industry upcountry routes operators located at countrybus terminus are holding a public rally at Countrybus Station from 11am-2pm to issue the Local Government Minister Hon.Fred Ngumo with a five day ultimatum to institute investigations and immediatly arrest of Mayor of Nairobi-George Aladwa and Muthurwa/ Shauri Moyo Councillor, Mr.James Gakuya whom are involved in corruption and misuse of public office.
Among the issues we request:-
That investigation be instituted on the tendering and amount used for the incomplete construction of Countrybus office worth (16 Million), altered council development plan, illegal allocations and constructions within countrybus terminus.
96 Modern Kiosks constructed through general funds from the City Council of Nairobi be allocated to youths and groups working at Countrybus as the main beneficially, we call for establishment of an open integration selection criteria that is acceptable to all groups and individuals working at Countrybus terminus.
That groups working at countrybus be given opportunity to manage the sanitation facilities within Countrybus.
That City Council urgently institute repairs and maintenance in the entire Countrybus terminus.
We call for refunds and investigations into the monies deposited in and on an account managed by Nairobi Countrybus Committee Agents Association located at Cooperative Bank, Nacico Plaza.
We call for KACC investigations and the arrest of Muthurwa Shauri/Moyo Area, Councillor James Gakuya personally and through proxy for misuse of public office, use of public office to enrich himself, sale of / allocating and benefiting from Modern Kiosks, CDF/NCC sanitary and recreational facilities at Countrybus and Muthurwa Market, involved grabbing of Muthurwa Primary School land, Maziwa Parking.
With ONE VOICE do take this opportunity to give the GOVERNMENT OF KENYA a five (5) ultimatum to recall the Area Councillor for violating our Kenya Constitution Chapter Six: Leadership and Integrity: Art 73-1(iv). 2(b) (c) (d) (e). 75-1(a) (b) (c).
A procession will be held on 18th-July-2012 to the following the below offices and a follow-up procession to be held after 14 days after submission to get the outcome.
