Gima ber to ber nadi. Lumumba has been known as a man of integrity with a humble upbringing. He is evidence that hard work prevails and who else can we trust with bringing dishonesty to the book than such a man.

I have a problem with the way some people rush to applaud things simply because the name(s) involved sound familiar or closer.

Which Integrity? Apart from his unsurpassed oratory skills, who can tell me what Lumumba stands for. This is one lawyer who shamelessly dined and wined with the Moi regime at its most dictatorial, corrupt and terror-filled times. He did this in exchange for massive govt tenders for legal services.

Mr Lumumba never raised a single voice during the fight for Multipartysm in this Country. Instead, during hid student days at UON, he betrayed SONU and sold the leadership to Moi, in exchange for statehouse goodies.

Mr Lumumba is an apologist of the status quo. He has never found courage to speak against evil in our society, and lay the blame squarely where it belongs. He lacks courage to take power brokers head on. All he has done is to make sweet generalised statements of virtue and morality.

    SHOCK TO SHOCKABLES

Why is it that some people see red every time a Luo gets something? Alfred Mutua almost choked the day Barack Obama was elected President of the United States of America.

Criticizing Patrick Lumumba is quite in order since nobody, not even himself ever thought that he was an an angel. Give him the chance to prove those who hate him wrong.

Being a Luo is not enough reason to lynch this man. just because he has been appointed to a post that challenges him to fight for honesty against the historical masters of impunity does not necessarily mean that he is faultless and infallible. In oder to do this job he will need the support of Kenyans of all walks of life. What will stop us from telling him off the way we did with Aaron Ringera?

Go ahead and do your job Patrick if you are worth your salt.

    DR ODIDA OKUTHE.

The guy is good but my only problem is when PLO associated himself with politics during the 2007 dirty elections. In Kenya, if you try politics, you compromise your good name. Let me hope that once he steps into the hot seat, he will run the outfit in a professional manner for all to be happy.
    Good luck LUMUMBA.

Leave Lumumba off the petty issues of his ethnicity, let give him a chance to stand en deliver. I do not care who delivers the best service to Kenya.Whether Luo, Kikuyu or Ameru. Go for it Lumumba if you can handle that crap then count on my vote anytime you need it.

We have seen people with supposedly good undented credentials get appointed to high offices only for them to pay lip service and become sycophants like wako. I have nothing against Lumush but can he bring integrity to KACC which does not seem to know its head or tail.

Its like when they take these positions they subscribe to code of silence” See no evil hear no evil mantra”!

I think you Kenyans are a big joke. The 10th parliament is riddled with people with questionable charactors. Name one mp who has got sport on his back.

When talking of intergrity, where are poeple like Githongo who were trying to fight corruption in Kenya? The good poeple does not get a goo job in kenya, you have to corrupt and loaded with corrupt goods

If you are not a thief, you can not work with thieves, unless you join them. If you can not take the heat, get out of the kitchen.

Kenya had been led by corrupt thieves since independence, so it is a high time you give normal people a chance.
