Intelligence on President Kibaki of Kenya

From: Judy Miriga

Folks,

What does the scramble to Africa mean to you’all? and why is Africa put under oppressive Rule-siege to remain constantly depressed down-trodden into sickening deeper poverty, pushed towards destroying each other and killing themselves, while majority succumbed to extreme hunger, pain and suffering ? why is Africa pushed to destroy themselves or are instigated to go to war by itself ? Who is the intended benefitiary groups and why? Who stands to gain in all the aftermath ??? Is it right…..What about the Crime, Violation and Abuse associated to Human Rights…??? It is about time we find solution before these pockets of war in Kenya, Congo, Somalia, South Africa etc., escalate to full blown 3rd World War……..

What do you understand about “Free Trading Entrepreneurship” by the Unscrupulous Corporate Special Business Interest Community ? Why is there a conspiracy by the Corporate Special Interest of the class of the Rich and Wealthy, who are committed to blocking progressive agenda for sustainable Democracy from effectively functioning so to produce a mutual balanced program pool where there is central opportunity to access and improve lifestyle and survival in harmony united at peace with each other…..?? This was clearly obvious at the recent America’s just-concluded election and where we saw President Obama was treated like an out-cast and was called all manner of names not-withstanding…….

People, problems of killings in Kenya today is no-doubt politically motivated. It is clear President Kibaki with team are pushing conspiracy theories to take effect so to avoid retiring by December 2012. The Somali factor to flood in Kenya and to pave ways to the Al-Qaeda and Al-Shabaab was cooked for the same reason after it was clear election 2007/8 failed to go as planned with Museveni’s help coming to attack from Nyanza.

Let the truth be told. What we are facing today is not new. The Foreign Investors Friends of Museveni and Moi put us into a quagmire failing Democracy in East Africa and now extending to greater region of Africa…….. and all must own their Responsibilities….If they are members of Free Mason or Illuminatis, they should come out in the open, share their business plan with the rest of the world so we all understand each others need so we find ways and means to share the Wealth in a friendly environment and that, we all have a right to honorable livelihood and survival instead of sneaky undertable conspiracies. It is because the world cannot continue to go this way…….The World is hurting and I believe we all care for Peace, Unity and harmony to pursue happiness….

It is hard to please those who work in the darkness without knowing their agenda or plan and incorporate the same in the larger budget pool where all have to dip to meet challenges of livelihood and survival……People, it is why there are war and killings all over the place the result of which there is constant war, with no peace or unity and it is why, pain and sufferings are commonplace.

This is why, Good Democratic Governance is our hope irrespectively and with it, we are sure to negotiate favorable means to provide for shared Freedom of association without conflict, consequently, we all have to put our needs on the table and share or divide whatever we need harmoniously…….

Since Kibaki and Team know that Reform Accord has not been complied with in essence of Reform Accord in such specifics of:

the Finance Bill,
Land Bill,
Police Bill and
the Devolution Bill

….so to justify authenticity Policy Legislation legitimacy establishment, he turn to scare tactics of terrorism which I am affraid he will misserably fail……..he therefore need to know this is unacceptable to all good people of the world…….

He took oath to uphold the Reform Accord and legislating the Constitution in a given time frame, he will not get away with all these skirmishes……..and the world know that he did it on purpose why he remained stubborn and do not wish to deliver public mandate according to the Oath he took.

We are open for safer negotiation but will not allow hooliganism to dictate terms for our sustained Democracy. Where do we go from here……???

People of the world are not stupid……we are all watching as things unfold ……At the end of the day, the People’s Mandate aiming at Peace and Unity to be enjoyed by all shall prevail………. We all must stand together and save Kenya, the whole Africa and the world to enjoy True Democracy where all have a share of descent livelihood and survival………

What is next for Kenya, the Coalition Government has failed, we are looking for The Transitional Caretaker Committee to be formed after December 2012 so the unfinished Constitution Legislation Policy to Majimbo (Devolution) bill, the Finance Bill, the Land Bill, and the Police Reform Bill shall be completed in time for the next election……and where we hope for Free and Fair electioneering to satisfy Public Mandate for Reform.

Peace, Love and Unity for Greater Happiness is what we all need. Let us all work to defeat selfishness and greed it is what is compounding HATE…….and God did not create us to hate but to Love one another……..Where love is, good things happen. I love you all and may our Creator God mould and shape our minds to share and love according to His purpose of creation……..and what a wonderful world this will be…..

God Bless us all…..!!!

Scramble for Africa

The Scramble for Africa, also known as the Race for Africa or Partition of Africa[1] was a process of invasion, occupation, colonization and annexation of African territory by European powers during the New Imperialism period, between 1881 and World War I in 1914. As a result of the heightened tension between European states in the last quarter of the 19th century, the partitioning of Africa may be seen as a way for the Europeans to eliminate the threat of a Europe-wide war over Africa.[2] The last 59 years of the 19th century saw transition from “informal imperialism” of control through military influence and economic dominance to that of direct rule.[3]

Attempts to mediate imperial competition, such as the Berlin Conference (1884–85), failed to establish definitively the competing powers’ claims.[citation needed] Many African polities, states and rulers (such as the Ashanti, the Abyssinians, the Moroccans, the Somalis, the Benin Empire and the Zulus) sought to resist this wave of European aggression.[4] However, the industrial revolution had provided the European armies with advanced weapons such as machine guns, which African armies found difficult to resist (with the exception of the Abyssinians, who were indeed successful).[5] Also, unlike their European counterparts, African rulers, states and people did not at first form a continental united front although within a few years, a Pan-African movement did emerge:[6] the first Pan-African Conference was held in London in 1900.

The Portuguese had been the first post-Middle Ages Europeans to firmly establish settlements, trade posts, permanent fortifications and ports of call along the coast of the African continent, from the beginning of the Age of Discovery, in the 15th century. There was little interest in, and less knowledge of, the interior for some two centuries thereafter.

European exploration of the African interior began in earnest at the end of the 18th century. By 1835, Europeans had mapped most of northwestern Africa. In the middle decades of the 19th century, the most famous of the European explorers were David Livingstone and H. M. Stanley, both of whom mapped vast areas of Southern Africa and Central Africa. Arduous expeditions in the 1850s and 1860s by Richard Burton, John Speke and James Grant located the great central lakes and the source of the Nile. By the end of the 19th century, Europeans had charted the Nile from its source, traced the courses of the Niger, Congo and Zambezi Rivers, and realized the vast resources of Africa.

Even as late as the 1870s, European states still controlled only 10 percent of the African continent, all their territories being near the coast. The most important holdings were Angola and Mozambique, held by Portugal; the Cape Colony, held by the United Kingdom; and Algeria, held by France. By 1914, only Ethiopia, Liberia and the Dervish State were independent of European control.

Technological advancement facilitated overseas expansionism. Industrialisation brought about rapid advancements in transportation and communication, especially in the forms of steam navigation, railways, and telegraphs. Medical advances also were important, especially medicines for tropical diseases. The development of quinine, an effective treatment for malaria, enabled vast expanses of the tropics to be accessed by Europeans.

HISTORY OF ILLUMINATI

The Illuminati (plural of Latin illuminatus, “enlightened”) is a name given to several groups, both real (historical) and fictitious. Historically the name refers to the Bavarian Illuminati, an Enlightenment-era secret society founded on May 1, 1776. In more modern contexts the name refers to a purported conspiratorial organization which is alleged to mastermind events and control world affairs through governments and corporations to establish a New World Order. In this context the Illuminati are usually represented as a modern version or continuation of the Bavarian Illuminati.

Whenever conspiracy theory is spouted, the mysterious “Illuminati” (along with the Bilderburgers, The Trilateral Commission, the Council of Foreign Relations, and a plethora of others) are most often named as being responsible. Ironically, however, while many, many people can name those ostensibly belonging to the other conspiracy groups, the “Illuminati” is always left hanging as some secret, shadowy entity which no one can quite describe. Interestingly too, no one can quite identify what specific acts can be attributed to them – everybody’s got their own lists. And no one in 225 years seems to have left the organization to reveal its secrets. Pretty powerful stuff…..While some have suggested that the Illuminati was created to remove and disable government functionabilities…….it is

true when special interest gang to either take full control of the government or they get rid of it altogether…….

True, these people who wants others to die prematurely, if they are put in the same spot to die, they run away. Why do they hit and run, why can’t they come up in the open and ask for a fight. Why the cowardice? Be men enough and lets see you.

I have said here time and again and am going to repeat for the sake of Nelson: have you sought the opinion of all Kikuyus as to what you allude here? I kindly request you to debate while considering the implication of your statements.

Subject: Intelligence on President Kibaki of Kenya

President Kibaki’s has pulled the rug under the feet of Western and European countries for a number of reasons which intelligence analysts depict as economic-political.

Kibaki has ensured his country has put a tight lid on Western investors direct foreign investment plans making it impossible for the West to make headway in the country.

The Kenyan presidency hardly engages in any bilateral, diplomatic, and military cooperation talks with European and American diplomats anymore leaving the lesser and keenly audited office of the Prime Minister to deal with the Americans and Europeans.

French Ambassador complained to the French government and the Kenyan foreign ministry about the unavailability of the president. Much diplomatic efforts are burdened to the foreign ministry.

French ambassador to Kenya Etienne de Poncins postulates that it is virtually impossible to reach the president of the republic of Kenya.

Analysis

President Kibaki is gradually growing tired of Western influence in Kenyan politics. It is certain that events that preceded the 2007-2008 elections violence and the outcome of Western and European political efforts to find a political solution to Kenya rather consummated to the ICC trials of Kibaki’s key allies.

Why would the president snub diplomats whereas they represent the interests and close ties of the countries they represent? There are two key pointers to such outcomes and both are political with a bias on socio-economics of Kenya.

Politically, the president has realized the West and European has no love for him rather closely monitoring his political gains with the aim of destabilizing his tenure and the future of his economic gains besides any form of leadership he will leave behind to inherit his unique achievements in Kenya.

For a long time, European non governmental organizations have played an active role in shaping the socio-political sphere thus increasing their influence among local communities. The outcome of this influence is the increased dependence of Western and European governments spies on these NGO’s.

ICC Prosecutor evidence on the PEV is dependent solely on NGO findings and other forms of firsthand reports obtained through NGO platforms on the 2007-2008 events making NGO’s are a real threat to Kenya’s national security.

Another political reason is the close knit relation between the European and American diplomats with Kibaki’s prime minister Raila Odinga who the intelligence community views as a stooge of the West and Europeans. If Kibaki gives these diplomats audience, it is like giving Odinga audience and leeway to have his way in the politik.

Intelligence reports show that British, American, and French diplomats, European Union, besides Nordic countries envoys have constantly sought audience with the president but on all occasions their agenda had little economic significance rather full of politically inclined suppositions irking the president.

The recent international community foray about the general elections date and Kibaki’s posture on the same exposed a rift between the Kenyan presidency and the International community.

Kibaki in his view finds the West and Europe as nosy, conspirators, and jealous of his development initiatives hence has elevated his position from one who gives audience to ‘petty people with petty issues’ to that of an astute leader ready to take Kenya to economic prosperity.

Kibaki has left the role of diplomacy to his foreign ministry and before he gives audience with these diplomats, the foreign ministry must vet them to avoid the president being engaged in a diplomatic talk of no economic value rather full of political jibe.

Outcomes

The election date fuss and recent evidence showing foreign hand in the ICC case against some of his key allies, indicate there is a cold war in the diplomatic theater between the Kibaki regime and the European countries.

In the intelligence community view, ICC under very good tutor-age is monitoring the political issues in Kenya with the intentions of disrupting the elections and ensuring the suspect Uhuru Kenyatta is cornered. Every ICC announcement coincides with a Kenyan political development.

Kibaki has used the Eastern countries beside engaging the BRICK countries to engage the country in real economic and military development.

In a reverse gear, Kibaki has used Odinga’s previous communist doctrines to rally support, but in his strategy, Kibaki has not engaged subversive activity, rather communist economic-military development concessions. These efforts have massively paid off. On the ground, most middle class Kenyan’s are now worried about post Kibaki era, besides wishing he could stay a-bit longer.

China has offered Kenya an economic lifeline with Russia opening a floodgate of military capability opportunities for Kenya. Russia is offering Kenya latest military technology .

Odinga who now embraces Western diplomacy is fiddling politically, making many political blunders and getting increasingly isolated by the middle class who find his Western-European friends as ill bent or rather Greeks bearing gifts.

Indeed, European-American efforts to stymie Kenyan political tradition is not getting headway, events playing out show Kibaki’s NSIS, the intelligence outfit of Kenya, has set in motion military-economic strategies (regional cooperation, bilateral agreements and massive inter-country infrastructure-energy concessions/projects to economically unite regions in a symbiotic relation) that have very well pulled the rug under the feet of the European-American efforts.

Kibaki has written on the wall, that when he leaves office, the West will find institutions and regional ties that they will not be able to shake and make use of to their benefit.
