Welcome to our first newsletter of the year. I’d like to say thank you on behalf of the TIA crew for your visits, comments and suggestions throughout 2012. Your support, loyalty and feedback makes it all worthwhile.

We also wanna thank you for tuning in to watch Serious Request in the 6 days leading up to Christmas. Our part in promoting peaceful elections in Kenya do not end there, so expect more news about this soon.

This is usually the time of the year when we find our inner voice calling out for significant change in our life. But change can be daunting, which is why we often silence that voice and carry on as usual. So, to give you the inspiration you’ll need to leave your comfort zone, here are four young African women who found the courage to follow their dreams on the road less travelled.
