Women MPs demand Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero resignation

Good People !!!

Maendeleo kitu gani, yakuvamia wanaume ofisini na kungoa mande ya wanaume na kuvunja spears?Hiyo ni democrasia gani….?

These Kenya Women Parliamentary, what do they understand by democratic values with human rights, honor and dignity of all.Where were these women, when Shebesh stormed, invaded, terrorized and did the unthinkable to Kidero in his Office.

Law makers must understand the law and apply it discreetly and accordingly. It is important that they first have to look on all sides and weigh both sides, who is at fault before jumping into conclusion to protect one of their owns.

How will these Parliamentary women come to terms and address the harm Kidero got from Shebesh’s invasion with inflicted pain in his private parts that provoked reflective reaction from Kidero.Do they care that the purpose of Shebesh invading and terrorizing Kidero was not made clear but just a small caption is running helter skelter through the medea.Where is the missing link of the other piece that prompted Shebesh invasion to Kidero’s Office? How much suffering do they think Kidero had to under-go in that spar of the moment…..??

My good Parliamentary women, it was approaching weekend and it looks like this invasion was timed, someone was after Kidero wife “thing” to cause them pain of missing their fun to enjoy “wife and husband weekend”.Every man was ready to take off for their weekend date in style the Parliamentary women had theirs also fixed for them.In Kidero’s case, his date with his wife was spoilt. It became more painful weekend because Kidero lost all memory of what happened in his office. What do these Parliamentary women think?Do they care what Kidero has to go through after Shebesh disorganized his lower industrial area, more or so, Shebesh storming with a gang of thugs aimed at Mali ya Mungu. Seeing 40 built up thugs storm in his office was enough to send Kidero ahera…………

Pass the message kwa hao akina mama wa Parliament……kwasababu, there is need for fairness to all.Na jibu inatakikana ili fair justice with balanced observation be offered to all; so all must exist under discipline with dignity and honor that befit all leaders without discrimination or favor……….Leaders must first learn to exercise discipline to be able to carry themselves with dignity in the public eyes.

We still demand to know circumstance that brought this ugly scene at Kidero’s office………

An association of women MPs now wants Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero to resign following claims of assaulting women representative Rachel Shebesh.

Kenya Women Parliamentary Association (Kewopa) has said it will institute criminal proceedings against Dr Kidero in court should the governor stay put.

“We want to condemn in the strongest words possible the physical assault by Dr Kidero against Hon Shebesh yesterday (Friday).

“We are calling on him to resign following his action or risk criminal proceedings that shall be instituted against him,” said Kewopa chairperson Cecily Mbarire during a news conference in Nairobi Saturday.

Ms Mabrire, who is the Runyenjes MP, said Dr Kidero cannot remain in office after his misconduct.

The Nairobi Governor has found himself on the spot after he was seen slapping the MP in an NTV video at his City Hall office.

Police have already launched investigations into the claims of assault.

CODE OF ETHICS

But Kewopa has vowed to move to court to seek the removal of the governor after accusing him of contravening the code of ethics.

“Dr Kidero chose to use violence as a means of tackling an issue and as women MPs, we cannot and will not stand for this,” Ms Mbarire said.

Mandera County Women Representative Fathia Mahbub described as “unfortunate and unbelievable” Dr Kidero’s action.

“It was very unfortunate and unbelievable. There is no justification at all for anyone to take law into his own hands,” she said.

Her Nyeri counterpart Priscilla Nyokabi called on women leaders to rally behind Ms Shebesh as a way of denouncing violence against women.

“Statistics show that 45 per cent of women in this country experience either physical or sexual violence and Dr Kidero’s actions yesterday (Friday) are a strong pointer why these figures are taking long to reduce.

“I want to call on all women MPs to keep politics out of this issue and rally behind Hon Shebesh as a form of unity against violence,” she said.

Good People!

It is a surprise and it is wuololo; discipline, law and order expected from elected leaders have gone through the window…!!!……..It is time, that characteristics of leaders matter to uphold dignity and respect of Government’s Public Offices.

Like the cover-up did not disclosed details which led to Shebesh going to Kidero’s Office, and in the event of Shebesh grabbing the No-go-Zone private part area, she put herself in a compromising situation. She sparked danger and looked danger in the eye……danger is danger…..unfortunately, the camera was set to capture the spur-of-the-moment reaction leaving out motion in the danger zone with details of activities that led to infliction of the perceived reaction from Kidero.

To be fair, why did they not focus camera to capture the danger zone area Shebesh grabbed, that sparked the reaction from Kidero?

From reading and viewing the video caption, we form an opinion how thugs behave, with make-believe that they are smart and will always get away with their crimes……..this is so, because, as we can see, the planners had it that, they aim to capture reaction for a show-case of their mission and completely left out those that instigate the reaction.

Which is why, after the slap, some thugs sneaked out laughing away and the policeman struggled in the scene squeezing out of the activity area, where, if this was the areal accident in commotion, the police would have aimed at the activity area to bring law and order………..for which, we now believe, Shebesh went to Kidero’s Office with a mission knowing and expecting consequences of the same.

Therefore, the activity was well engineered and doctored to have Kidero’s reaction for a show-case.

For Kidero to say he does not remember slapping Shebesh, I can now believe him………Ask any man, private parts are really, I mean extremely sensitive. All he could think for at the moment is the pain inflictedand so for that, I can believe him.I can imagine what he encured.

I mean, if this is what Shebesh went for in Kidero’s office to have him react, for sure, she is a real threat to Democracy and just rule of law and a thug unfit to hold public office…….

Going for very sensitive private parts of a colleague in Kidero’s being, with a crowd of manamba behind her, truly, she was up to a serious provocation with mischiefs…… which amounts to terror and that alone was able to prompt the instant reaction she got from “thwat of apat” in the Kidero man; and that ofcourse is a self-defense……….It now make good sense from logical view point.

An evidence proving itself that the incidence was pre-planned and engineered with a purpose……….the intention was meant to provoke Kidero to react in a way from rude access to his Mali ya Mungu…….the move was equally clear in the video, the way Shebesh swung from left to right position directly face to face with Kidero where another thug was seen busy in exchange engaging the Security as Shebesh engaged Kidero in a good grasp holding sensitive part trying to dislogdge it with a force. This is unacceptable. This is total hooliganism and the likes of this behavior must not be tolerated.

This also amounts to top leadership failure allowing such instigative change of focus from the things that matter for public service delivery.

Considering that, People are fatigued from constant political make-belief dramas with shifting gears that produce no value to things that matter in daily living, year in year out, people are fed-up from lack of engaging serious service delivery for basic needs; while on the other hand, things are getting more expensive daily and nothing gets better to improve or cushion hardship that are faced by many in order to balance rising costs of basic needs.

There is nothing strategic put in place by the Government system to deliver service > to people. There are no functioning opportunity that are accessible and are meant > to facilitate activities for the Nation, geared to engage people in fundamental factors for job creation and, improve social welfare with economic development; things that wouldspur real progressive development…… except the Government > System keeps engaging in diverting attention to show-cases of drama vs. drama that have no value, nor do they have incentives for people to earn a good responsible living and be able to put food on the table.

Leadership failure keep scheming every now and again to engage minds in trivial nature with finding flimsy reasons for cover-up and escape lack of integrity.

These halloween show-cases must be condemned by all right thinking minds and put pressure to demand for things that matter.

People must unite and begin to start putting real pressure, pushing harder for the essence of reality urgently demanding for responsible public service deliverables.

People must not allow side-tracking but stay focused on real issues.

If elected leaders fail in their mission, the law allows for such extra-ordinary circumstances to have them removed out of public office. The Law is provided in the Constitutional order, and therefore hooliganism is unacceptable and cannot be tolerated……These are prescriptions to put the country in disarray and in conflict………..

In summary, Shebesh should explain first, with what legal framework, and as an elected official, she led thugs to Kidero’s Office; terrorizing and bringing down dignity and honor of the officer and disrespecting the public office; as this behavior is unacceptable from a dignified officer.

There are more questions to be answered by Shebesh first before you will come to the point why the reaction of the slap came about…………

Wuon Magunga,

Although I do not condone what Kidero did, neither do I condone what Shebesh did, taking activism to a government office while she is a leader with access to Dr. Kidero at any time.

On a light note, all Dr. Kidero needs to do is to convince a judge, should this get to trial that Shebesh became unruly, so in an attempt to ‘wave her out of his office” her cheek came into contact with the hand that was “showing her the door” and made an unintended contact. The atmosphere in the room was charged and thus in his “haste” to ‘usher” Shebesh out of his office, inadvertently and unintended, his palm made a hard knock on Shebeshs’ cheek as she was tumbling down from the push and shove in the commotion at his office door.

Shebesh should learn to keep her “cheek” out of people’s offices, otherwise, at this rate, Mr. Shebesh will have no cheek to caress, she will have permanent palm marks from imprints of such fellows like Kidero.

She is very fortunate it was not Waititu, she would have lost several teeth for Waititu could have used a stone instead of his palm.

Sungu.

Rev. KM,

The case against Kidero can only succeed under two conditions;

1. If the case is heard and determined by the Statehouse.

2. If the case is heard and determined by the Supreme Court.

All other avenues, within the law, will fail miserably.

Anyway, I like how you have become a legal expert in this matter strongly supported by two luo degenerates; folks that are miserably of out of order in any serious discussion.

How would one in his/her own mind camp in someone’s office, hold press conference castigating the holder of that office and harass entire staff as if they are lesser beings. Kwani, is Shebesh above the law. I’m yet to see the same venom poured towards Dr. Kidero also directed at Hon. Shebesh who not only assaulted Dr. Kidero but many others in the Governor’s office.

See you after Dr. Kidero is fired by SH or the SC!

Oduor wod ma,

I’m really, really shocked! Not with what Kidero did but how Mwangimedo chumbi e wachni(adding salt to this matter). As you have said, KM’s sentiments on this occurrence would be meaningful had he earlier leaned on your side of thought when you castigated Oduol’s wife-battering habit.

For now, Mwangi only sounds sarcastic. We hope that nature takes its course on this Kidero issue owing to Shebesh’s resent past conduct. Butoporolike the Kuria’s, are a let down to balanced criticism.

Lister,

For several months now, I have been railing against William Oduol of Siaya for the violence against his wife. Why didn’t you guys come out, at least, in principle to join me in condemning Violence Against Women? Did a Kikuyu woman have to be assaulted for this issue to become a discussion topic?

Anyway, I’m just glad that this is now a discussion topic. I’ve been a William Wilberforce for too long now.

POLITICS MIGHT BE BEHIND KIDERO’S WOES

We can’t rule out a political scheme to bring down Governor Kidero by his
opponents.

A section of politicians from the ruling coalition are not happy with
Kidero, being Governor of the richest County, with the highest revenue
allocation in the nation.

While the Governor made the worst mistake any leader would to a woman
more so in public, Kenyans also expected Shebesh, as a legislator of
Nairobi, to have initiated some dialogue rather than storming the
governor’s office with demonstrators.

Can it be true Governor Kidero may have been brought closer to the powers
to learn his weaknesses and sent the roaring lioness to bring him down?
The trip to Beijing and some positive overtures we have seen before, may
have been a set up which has now served Kidero’s political opponents
well. They are salivating for the coveted Nairobi City Seat.
