I did not have the current e mails for everyone, so please update as necessary and forward accordingly where you note address errors or omissions, of which I apologize in advance. 2013 is shaping up to present us a quite eventful conference so please plan on attending. Saturday, November 2, 2013 7:30 am – 8:00 am — Registration

8:00 am – 5:00 pm — Conference: group discussions and presentations*

7:00 pm – 10:00 pm — Reception (formal or cultural attire recommended)

10:00 pm – 2:00 am — Cultural/Social: artistic performances, shows, & dance

Sunday, November 3, 2013 11:00 am – Farewell breakfast/brunch

Registration? Seeking donations to defray conference costs. The BOD is still debating the fee amount to charge. Kindly send suggestions. BOD decision forthcoming.
