I do not thing that future voter turnout will reduce because it is now that voters are aware of their power. From now on,voters will dictate the state of the country even if the sitting president
decides otherwise.Voters are now knowledgeable because the majority are literate which makes them wise when it comes to voting. With or without money ,the voters are always decided from day one.
