We have in the recent past been subjected to many scandals in Kenya. But the irony is that after they have stolen, they invite the police to come and investigate.

This in itself is so defeatist. For a thief to invite the police to come and investigate him, he must have covered all his tracks. This is why we have the police and KACC running in circles without concluding any cases. They seem not to know where to start and end, all because the thieves who invited them had all the time to plan theft, steal and cover their tracks.

Once safe, they invite KACC and the police to come and investigate.

What happened to the Criminal Investigation Department? What is National Security Intelligence Service doing? Why are we spending lots of money in these 2 departments if they cannot detect crime?

Have we lost the fight on crime and corruption to this extent? Can we honestly win the war on crime and corruption when it is the corrupt who invite the police after clearing all evidence?
