KENYA: KALONZO CHANGES HIS STAND ON THE CONSTITUTION AGAIN

From: Christine Baraza

Kalonzo Musyoka has been wobbling between a NO and a YES for the Constitution since the proposed constitution was passed in Parliament. He has now changed his stand several times and the only time he was clear on a YES was when he seconded the cabinet decision to support the Draft. Now he has changed his stand AGAIN..READ from Capital News..It is even more confused as he was trying to make clear his stand..

Mr Musyoka had said on Sunday that there was need to “establish a referendum law which would provide for a possibility of having a Yes- Yes vote and avoid a situation where the country would end up polarised after the referendum process.”

“What is so difficult in having a referendum law, is it not possible to frame the question in accordance with the referendum law which we will have enacted? That there will be those who will say Yes for the current draft constitution and others will say Yes but with one or two amendments, so it is a Yes-Yes situation,” he said on Sunday.

But on Monday morning, his Spokesman Kaplich Barsito sent a statement to newsrooms which appeared to tone down the Sunday tune which some analysts saw as a sharp contradiction of the Cabinet decision reached last week.

“Mr Musyoka has reiterated the need for Kenyans to pass the Draft Constitution and usher in a new dispensation, while giving room for dialogue on the contentious issues,” the statement sent from Mr Musyoka’s Yatta Home said.

WHY CANT KALONZO JUST BE A MAN AND SAY YES-fullstop..or NO fullstop..IS THIS THE MAN YOU WANT TO LEAD THIS COUNTRY IN 2012?

Mr. Kalonzo is edging his bets: when the Draft passes, he will claim victory and in case it fails, he will claim that he had reservation all along!!!!!!!!. Bottom line he is leader who lack clarity in major issues in this country. He is deal maker..don’t forget how he got the VP post in last election!. The new constitution if passed will never again allow” deal making” for people like Kalonzo and this is why he does not want show his hands either way on the passage of this document.

The way Kalonzo, Kenyatta(Uhuru) and Karuto – KKK change their stands on important national issues leaves alot to be desired.

Our message to Kenyans should be very loud and clear – WE DO NO NEED CHARCTERS LIKE KKK IN OUR NATIONAL LEADERSHIP. These are Moi opharns trying to be relevant while using ill gotten wealth.

They also cherish EXCLUSIVISM which the proposed constitution will reduce.

Kenyans should also be aware that money has been poured by ‘owners of Kenya’ to deny them the new constitution.

“Owners of Kenya’ are those, including some churches who own unreasonably large tracts of land.

Let WIPER,clear with Charity Ngilu on who should be the Ukambani spokesperson before thinking of the top seat.Tengeneza kwako kwanza kabla ya kutegeza pengine.
The trick here is being played clear for all to see by a few characters from central who do not like PMs guts, they want to support Kalonzo who they can manipulate once he is in state house. They know the PM is not easy to control and pocket.
Infact Kalonzos way of doing business seems to justify some stereotype stories said sometimes ago that Kambas do not come out clearly on issues and would like always to look good and not hurt anybody, this should stop.
    YESYES,NONO,YES,NO.[KUWA NA MSIMAMO BWANA UTACHAPWA].
