A senior water official in Nyanza province is on a sex harassment spree.
The officer, name withheld, was at one time suspended but was later recalled to head the institution which he has so far run down,thanks to his sexual escapades.
Workers at the institution mostly married women are threatening to spill the beans soon if the authorities can not take action to salvage them from the shackles of the amorous boss.
Last week the said boss is said to have gone for a drinking spree in one of his favourite joints in the Lake side city of Kisumu in the company of his paid goons who offer him protection during the night errands,he literally confronted a married woman for an affair while she was on her way to the wash rooms.
Hell broke lose when the woman started wailing towards her husband’s table and the amorous CEO had to leave in a huff with his two goons in hot pursuit without paying bills.
Sources privy to the modus operandi of the CEO confided that the official is of late an isolated man after friends ditched him due to the fact that he does not even spare his buddies girl friends and wives.
So far he has given three contracts to his spanner boys who do his errands in a desperate bid to reward them.
