Once Upon A Time, I came across a Sign-Post in South Nyanza Karabondi Homa-Bay in Kenya and I was not sure it could be so real like it is today in the present Kenya Scenario.

There is a Bus full of “YES” people going to REFERENDUM. The Bus lost its break. “Break Ochot. Ochot Odong”. Unfortunately it is on the “Oridore” it found Wako crossing to the Government Printers House, realizing danger, Wako rushed to safety. There is no way this bus is going to stop except the most possible place will be at the level playing field at the REFERENDUM. Right now, it is hope against hope that it can stop.

STATEMENT OF FACT:

The New Constitution is a “LAND MARK” which carries with it unlimited countless opportunities for Ordinary Kenyans that the Old Constitution does not have. It carries securities glazed with power which offers Ordinary Poor Kenyans Value Added responsibility for honorable living away from poverty. It has potentials for Speedy Economic Recovery by way that it opens venue for Popular Participation in economic program such like is incorporated in the “AGOA” within a structure of Social Entrepreneurship Development Agenda. This will slow the “Land-Grabbing” which was promoted by authority loopholes in the “Current Constitution” where the past and present Status Quo of Leadership who acquired excessive power and are engaged in destroying livelihood of other ethnic tribal groups in massive Land Grabbing, killings and denying Kenyans Justice. This include looting of public assets, Public utilities as well as the misappropriation of funds and meddling in Public Financial monitory gains of TaxPayers. The operatives are the most notorious Mt. Kenya Mafia with Cohorts and Cartels in association involving Locally and Internationally linkages far-reaching networking who are backing-up and supporting the “NO” group. The Status Quo known Agents are the K K K notably Kalonzo Musyoka, Uhuru and Ruto who are struggling to take leadership in whichever means using the “NO” platform to defeat the “YES” team who are determined to have the CHANGE by putting the New Constitution the Order of Governing Policy in the Next formation of the Government. This means CORRUPTION will be curtailed, IMPUNITY will face justice and Legal Dispensation will be put in place facilitation of meaningful Legal Justice as the Law demands.

We have such programs like Resource on the African Growth and Opportunities Act “AGOA” (A Resource provided by the Government of America to assist African Continent to come out of poverty while engaging in Agricultural Enterpreneurship) with development Agenda based to engage Civil Society within the local Community Grassroot with Peasant Farmers to Agricultural Development Partnership business between Kenya/Africa and America. This program is continually being manipulated and undermined to the gains of the Mt. Kenya Mafia groups with Cohorts and Cartels making it difficult for the common Mwanainchi to take active part as required in the agreement upon its inception. Kimunya, Michuki and Uhuru obstructed and blocked common Mwanainchi from participating to its fruition and eventually remove poverty. This is a serious crime under the International Human Rights Law.

The reason why Kenyan/Africa Land has been grabbed is the sole reason why Special Interest invaded Kenya/Africa to steal and grab the Land is to pursue their interest and gain in “AGOA” an elevated corruption. Bigger portion of land has therefore been sold to Libyan Leader Gaddafi, The Chinese and the Iran. Presently, Kenyans and other Nations in Africa are squatters (unknowingly) it is just a matter of time and they are kicked out of their motherland. This is why Museveni participated in sending his troops during 2007 election to wipe-out people of greater Luo-Nyanza, and is the reason why he took MIGINGO and killed our fishermen sending fear to the local Community in and around MIGINGO. These are reasons why Kimunya, Michuki and Uhuru will not let anyone within the Ordinary Community of the Republic of Kenya to know more about “AGOA”. These information are under their secret locker dockets for “MEMBERS ONLY”. This is the reason why Ambassador Ogego was serving their interest FAITHFULLY, and the reason why, they sneaked in the country with Ambassador Ranneberger to meet with special interest who belong to the “Birds of the Same Feathers”. The notable Mr. Eric Kariuki of the Christian Fellowship in the USA with the Operandi Junette of KJD and Dr. Abonyo. These are people who want to pursue their Agenda by “KUDANDIA”, meaning “HIJACKING” Opportunities to serve Special Interest Agenda. These group are the “NO” conceptual.

This is how, just to mention a few, MAU Forest has been grabbed, how Land in Kwale for Titanium Mining is grabbed by the Chinese unconstitutionally, this is why Migingo is invaded by Museveni of Uganda, why, greater Nyanza is sold to Libyan Gaddafi, Chinese Government and importing prisoners to work in their road constructions, in the event they remain to own the greater Luo-Nyanza, why, the Iranian Government has bought chunks of Land in other parts of Rift Valley and Luo Nyanza including other parts of African Continent.

Way Forward:

This New Constitution holds a lot of hope to Kenyans and poverty will be a thing of the past. Kenyans will regain and own their land, Kenyans will effectively engage in Sustainable Self-Sufficiency Development Agenda incorporating AGOA as well as others freely without intimidation from the Government or the Special Interest Groups, Kenyans will trade and meet developmental opportunities and challenges Globally without being under-cut. The growth and expansion of village small packaging industries and the utilization of Solar Energy, Wind-Mill, Bio Gas with greener environmental protection and utilization of healthy farming will be promoted effectively under the New Constitution. Setting up and registering of Village Cooperative Social Entrepreneurship for Small Community Businesses will mushroom as they begin to participate in AGOA which timeline budget is about to end in the next 3 years. This are some of the opportunities we cannot afford to loose as the Bus looses its break going down the slope valley to the greener pastures of the Greenland.

This is the Way Forward people! This is a pregnant Plan of Action which cannot wait to delay. So do not give away your Land Titles for any loans now, wait until after the Referendum and work for Development Opportunity engaging the Civil Society begins after the New Constitution has been enacted and you will have Saved yourselves from being Internally Displaced (IDPs) where in your own Country you are bundled into Concentration Camps to be Slaves of the Special Interest Groups in the likes of the “Birds of the same Feathers”.

Go Vote “YES” in mass and in Solidarity to remove those who have sneakily presently sold us to slavery for a penny the looming KKK of the Mt. Kenya Mafia with Cohorts and Cartels, the Uhuru Kenyatta, Kalonzo Musyoka and Ruto. “NO” is a danger ZONE, stay away even if you have been bribed.

Hope is in the New Constitution, pregnant with Development Agenda for the Civil Society and the Local Grassroots Community Development for Prosperity and expansion. Your destiny is in your hands people ! Do Justice and God will Bless you.
