Kenya: Kalonzo calls for dialogue between ‘Yes’ and ‘No’

Folks,

There is no more dialogue over the New Constitution going to REFERENDUM. They should follow and join the majority on “YES” so we can have a peaceful transition. The “NO” are the ones to cross over since they are few, they cannot win over the majority will. OR they should just stick to “NO” and be treated to a flat-out landslide DEFEAT, since, it is always the majority rule principle. The time for dialogue is over, theirs is a delaying tactics which Kenyans must be wary. A wise man will turn around and join the majority. And you cannot say that both “YES” and “NO” are both equally right, one has to be more RIGHT Mr. Kalonzo, where is your intelligence sir ?

Kalonzo with the “NO” Team should put together on paper their grievances for amendments after election 2012, when Review will open its door to complete what needs to be done. There will be more ample time then. But for right now we are in a hurry to go to Referendum so election can be called. This idea of Coalition Government between ODM and PNU enjoying 50/50 which is never there is not realistic since PNU are wielding more powers and control over the other, which as is the case, one partner in the Coalition is taking more than its share, causing trouble within the Country, with the other Coalition Partner hardly have anything to control or survive on. The ODM put it correctly, have been reduced to less than 50% in the Government share or better put, less than half a loaf of bread, in which case, people like the VP Kalonzo who was not a party in the Coalition Partnership Agreement, has been seen wielding more power than the Coalition Principle Partner PM Raila in ODM.

This situation is badly hurting Kenyans development at a time the world is in Global Financial freeze.

Kalonzo and Team think God created the rest of Kenyans to be in Kenya by mistake, that God cared and loved them so much that the WHOLE OF KENYA BELONG TO THEM including KENYANS AS THEIR SLAVES. This is what they are fighting for People ! . They want to turn you to their slaves so you can be pushed to live in a makeshift Concentration Camps and work in their farms which they stole from you. Shame on them. People, this is why they want to delay your rescue towards the Referendum. They want to put you in CAPTIVES. God has made a decision to salvage you from BONDAGE and there is nothing they will do. God is Mighty and powerful, you are on the road to achieve your freedom. Mbai and others were killed cold-blooded in the struggle of New Constitution. We cannot afford to delay it any further, the New Constitution is now.

It has become a trend that Uhuru and VP Kalonzo mis-appropriates funding and mis-manages taxpayers utilities and resources, and are therefore seen to be stealthyly selling public facilities and are trading with public land without the knowledge or express permission of Parliament or the Republic to Foreign Investors. Public lands have been sold without publics knowledge including Migingo. This must stop. The reason why Kenyans need to move to Referendum in a hurry. Presently there is no order in the Government but THEFT. If you give Moi, Ruto, Kalonzo and Uhuru more time to dialogue Kenyans will be treated to DUST. We can only salvage those they have stolen now, and the Referendum is the sure way, the reason we are in a hurry.

Kenyans are in DANGER-ZONE and they MUST salvage what has been stolen from them before it is too late and before the FOREIGN INVESTORS STORM INTO THE COUNTRY TO CLAIM WHAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM. Public Land, Public Properties and Resources have been sold without Citizens of Kenya knowledge. The people have been pushed to poverty by actions of the “NO” operatives. They think they are protecting their interests but they stole from Kenyans and they MUST FACE LEGAL JUSTICE. These are reasons why CORRUPTION and IMPUNITY are in toll order in Kenya and other parts of Africa.

Thank you Kenyans for standing tall in SOLIDARITY. To bring this madness of CORRUPTION AND IMPUNITY to an end so you can enjoy life and live a honorable livelihood United with Love as you struggle to improve your DESTINY. Liberation does not come easy but by facing the TRUTH and JUSTICE without FEAR.

Tell Kalonzo “There is No More Dialoguing” that “It is Action Time to get a New Constitution” so they can stop KILLING and STEALING from Kenyans. They should stop intimidating and terrorizing Kenyans from other parts of the Nation.

Thanks !

Kalonzo calls for dialogue between ‘Yes’ and ‘No’

By WALTER MENYA

In Summary

* VP asked elections body to steer talks to agree on how campaigns would be funded

Mr Musyoka recommended that the Interim Independent Electoral Commission steer the talks to reach an agreement on how the different campaigns would be funded.

“I have heard what Mutula (Kilonzo) and the No proponents have said about the funding issue and what our brothers in the Yes are also saying. I cannot say who is right or wrong,” Mr Musyoka said.

“While we agree that the proposed constitution is a government project, these (the opponents) are also Kenyans. We need to sit down with them and dialogue.”

Mr Musyoka was speaking at the Wilson airport in Nairobi upon arrival from Juba, where he attended the inauguration of Southern Sudan President Salva Kiir on Friday.

The VP also defended himself from accusations that he was indecisive on his stand on the proposed constitution.

“Calling for dialogue does not mean sitting on the fence but it shows the love I have for this country so much that I am calling for dialogue,” he said.

The VP had a hostile reception during the first Yes rally at Uhuru Park last weekend. He was booed as he addressed the rally and was forced to cut short his speech.

On Saturday, the VP called on his colleagues in the Yes camp to accommodate all views. Revisiting the Uhuru Park incident, he said his bitterness had ended but was non-committal when asked if he would hold joint rallies with Prime Minister Raila Odinga, whom he blamed for the Uhuru Park incident.

“Some of us have been in this game long enough to know that anything can happen, but we must move on,” he said.

He emphasised that his support for the proposed constitution was unshakeable and accused the No team of attempting to stifle development.

“As I have stated before, the proposed constitution will open the floodgates for investments and provide employment to youths who make up the biggest chunk of the population,” he said.

“By stifling this process, the opponents are stopping the youths from employment which can be a time bomb for our country.”

He called on those in the opposing camp to support the efforts of transforming the country.

Started in earnest

Mr Musyoka asked the Committee of Experts and the IIEC to accommodate the campaigns which have started in earnest before the official date.

The CoE has planned a one-month civic education programme before official campaigns begin.

“Kenyans are so eager to get the constitution so if we are seen campaigning before the expiry of the period for civic education, they (CoE) should understand,” he said.

The VP called for sobriety during the campaigns and appealed to politicians to avoid abusive language and hate speech. “This time round, we should desist from hard tackling politics,” he said.

ODM-Kenya meets on Thursday to make a decision on the referendum, he announced. Party chairman Samuel Poghisio and several MPs are opposing the proposed constitution.
