Kenya: Moi said NO in 2005 and says NO now, is it a case of status quo maintenance???

The interesting thing to note is that Moi said NO to a new constitutional order in 2005, then, it is understandable the process was raped by the likes of Amos Wako.

In 2010, he is again saying NO even though the CoE and the Parliamentary Select Committee on the constitution did a great job securing the process from reform rapists. It is also interesting to note that the Chapter he and cronies have chosen as their core for NAY saying has everything to do with pilferers of national resources, especially land which he and cronies stole with abandon.

Moi does not see the rest of the good things in the constitution which will turn around the lives of millions of Kenyans, like devolution, the fact that elections are most likely to be free and fairer considering the President will not be the sole player in determining the electoral playing field and many many other good things. While this will ensure we do not have a repeat of 2007, Moi seems to see RED and BLOOD all over because of land, most of which his type are holding in hundreds of thousands of acres while the majority of Kenyans squat.

Moi has no shame, he is a mzee without a shred of dignity,it is best that Kibaki has chosen to ignore him and I would urge the PM to ignore him too, he has no consequence in Kenya today and the best we can do is await history to forget him for good or remember him alongside Idi Amin, Bokasa, Mengistu Al Mariam,Siad Bare, Omar Bongo, Mobutu Sese Seko, Robert Mugabe among others of his ilk.

He doesnt have to say YES in 2010 simply because he said NO in 2005! In 2005,he joined forces with patriotic Kenyans to defeat the draft that had been bastardised at Kilifi. This time his reasons ring a bit hollow although it is still his right to have them as long as he does not try to ram them down the throats of his Rift Valley captive audience. If he had geniune reasons he should be all over the country and not confine himself to RV as if the so called bad constitution will affect only the people(Kalenjins) from Rift valeey!

DUBAI-MOSES WETANGULA MENTIONED IN BAD FAITH

Is it possible that the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Moses Wetangula, begged the Prince of Saudi Arabia for K.Sh 390 million for the 2012 elections leading to hush terms of employment leashed out on Kenyan working in Dubai or seeking acquire employment in Dubai?

The minister has said that he has hired Dr. Patrick Lumumba to defend his rights with regard to this negative report. We pray that he finds himself innocent after the proposed legal debacle.

Otherwise with modern IT technology it is possible that a foreigner with the status of minister visiting the Prince or King of Saudi Arabia would be aware of the fact that he would be well covered fby tape recording for protocol, security and transparency reasons. In that light let us pray that no tape will emanate from the inner offices of the Prince that could substantiate the strange claim about our foreign minister for if such a thing turns out to be true then a terrible blow would have been leashed out tainting the very integrity not only of the minister but also tht of our great country.

To me the claim sounded far fetched since I do not see how a Wetangula win in the 2012 elections could be of benefit or intertrest to he Saudi Prince or King.
