Kenya: Update on the Case against Kenyans

Friends of the YES Team,

The court sitting at KICC will move to full hearing of the case that was filed by the NO Team against Kenyans on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

We hope justice will be served.

It has come out more clearly that the lady petitioner is actually Fred Odhiambo’s wife, and like Odhiambo, she seems not to know why she is in court. More so, like her husband and Ouma Odera, they seem to have been given wrong information and it looks like they were promised some rewards.

This basically leaves Ndugu Okiya and Ndugu Neto as the prime architects of this case. They have managed to convince Dr Abonyo, who has swallowed their bait whole. I suspect many things here.

The issue of credibility is coming out here more clearly. Are these the kind of people who have a case against what Kenyans want?

I am waiting for Tuesday and I will be present. In the meantime, we want to invite as many Kenyans of goodwill to sound their minds. Let us make it absolutely clear that this case is of no immediate value to our aspirations as a country.

It is meant to satisfy the inflated egos of a few people.

Thanks oto for keeping us all in the loop.

How I wish we were using these energies and resources in disseminating the correct contents of the draft katiba to the masses! Do we as country ever get our priorities right? Little wonder we can increase MPs salaries yet we still have IDPs almost 3 years on! We have pupils not going to school because they can’t afford uniforms or unitary towers. We have millions of Kenyans who are going to sleep hungry tonight and yet with 45 minutes our MPs can pass to award themselves hefty perks! When it come to establishing a local tribunal- it becomes another story. This Kenya for you.

Allow we to raise one small side issue. I have noted that the names of the people who are taking Kenyans to court appear to come from one region. Is this by design or by accident? What is the message here? What statement is any is being made here? Is this a violation 30% rule of not having people from one tribe?

I am Just joking as we intensify the struggle towards true liberation of this country through the new constitution.

YES VOTE YES FOR A NEW BEGINNING IN KENYA. Asante sana

    Regards

    Elijah Agevi
