I for one welcome the appointment of PLO to the helm of KACC and on a cautionary note the expectations of Kenyans are high and both real and unreal. BUT the substance of this appointment by His Excellency, President Kibaki cannot be overstated. PLO must now take charge and the opportunity to deliver rather than engage us in unending smart talk. This is about his legacy and how Kenyan will remember him that will matter. I am in no doubt that he is a man of many talents and abilities for that I wish him all the very BEST in this huge role.

yours is just a wish expressed. Dont you know that PLO made his wealth by doing business with the MOI regime? I am not throwing any mud at him because I dont have the evidence but it is true that not many people who interacted freely with the MOi System went away without favours that can qualify as corruption. I wish him well.
@Rubus stop fooling yourself,Iwas in Primary school with him.He was smart clean and clever and as university student he came home to help boys and girls for their exams,During nyayo era he was alawyer and he was my frequent costumer as iused to offer him the front seat in amatatu. He help villagers to take TB Pïlls. He loves to make things happen for the common good of everybody. He speaks senses! When he ask for the job 35% of kenyans have just say NO to corruption for we feel that PLO is our own cross that make the gods of corruption scared. He is not alone man in the game he have people arround the world to see that he succeeds and the country is releaved from the scam.
As argent of change the bon geste i request you is to join us than giving us Moi’s hot air to breath.Let Moi rest in peace for Otieno is the Boss-im working ways to see him here in swiss-OPADO
Congratulations PLO.
Yours will be tough and sometimes seemingly thankless task. The opposition is formidable and entreched. If you perform well the Nation will reward you. If you fail us it will be very sad because we shall lose faith in our youth taking us an extra mile to a fair society.
The beginning of your tenure concides with the advent of the new constitution (my earnest prayers). Your selfless and fearless execution of the call of the office will rekindle hope in a country that really yearns for it.
Good luck.
