International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo claims in an appeal that the order by trial judges for a stay of proceedings in the Thomas Lubanga war crimes trial was erroneous and excessive. While disputing the grounds on which judges based their decision, the prosecutor also contends in a July 30, 2010 filing that the trial judges should have considered sanctioning prosecutors rather than ordering a stay of proceedings.

Paul Kagame and his foreign investors are wreaking havoc by killing and displacing harmless Africans both in Rwanda and neighboring Democratic Republic of Congo (Zaire) in order to facilitate the looting of vast Congolese mineral wealth. How comes he (Paul Kagame) has not been taken to ICC at The Hague?
Kagame’s foreign investors also want him to head East African Community (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Burundi) and may be run these countries the same way he is currently running the Democratic Republic of Congo where close to 10 million poor unarmed Africans have been slaughtered by Kagame’s forces. With the help of his western investors, Kagame’s forces have infiltrated every aspect of the Congolese citizens’ lives.
Rwanda has the best equipped military force being used primarily to slaughter, displace and rape poor unarmed Africans to give room for the exploitation of the minerals resources. There is news blackout as to what is happening in Congo.
The foreign investor supporters of Paul Kagame are not interested in legitimate trade for resources within the Sub-Saharan African countries as long as they can employ the armed services of headless and disgusting African brutes like Kagame. These African proxies and their supporters vehemently loathe poor defenseless Africans and are willing decimate their population in order to grant access to the resources.
The African brutes have given covers (plausible deniability) to the foreign investors who finance their brutalities. The self loathing African proxies like Kagame are eager to brutalize their fellow citizens without even thinking that these people (investors) can turn against them the same way they have turned against Charles Taylor who is now standing accused at The Hague, a court designed principally for prosecuting Africans brutes who have exhausted their usefulness! The participating African brutes are happy to be the sole beneficiaries of the Africa resources. They do not understand that the payoffs for their brutalities are like peanuts compared to what is leaving the African states!
